Especially for call center job, the caller is looking for your attentiveness, your telephone habit, your telephone courtesy.
If you are one of the people who do not pick your calls on time, there is a problem.
If you are one of the people who answer telephone calls by "Yes who is this", am not sure you will scale true. If you sound too harsh on phone, forget the job, etc.
This first step is the most important especially for all center or public relation management jobs
For people whom the caller told they will call back, the chances are 50-50. They should have given you a definite next line of action detail, maybe date to come over, where to come or date for next step. But if many were dropped, they can call you back.

The issue of NYSC is a govt issue. Employers are penaliosed if they are found to be employing university graduates who did not partake in the NYSC scheme. So any employer who knows the right thing and does not want to be harrassed by govt will kep the records straight. They will evn employ you with statement of result after ten years of graduating but with original NYSC discahrge or exemption certificate. Nobody wan enter govet trouble. Now we have all focussed on women s being the victim of matrimonial oppression. But we also have men who are terribly abused, humuliated and brutalised. Women who are so troublesome that they can slap you in the presence of your driver, domestic staff, friends or anyone whomsoever. Ironically the men that marry such women are usually the soft ones who cannot beat or shout or anything of such. What then is the way out? Second wife? Drinking? Divorce? Sleeping out?
In as much as i agree that women are the weaker party in this case, men also have their own share of matrimonial discord and brutality.

The issue on divorce is basically a fallout of my "crazy"definition of marriage.

Marriage is seen as an institution you have the right and free will to enter or not. But whichever your decison is, you will always regret it.

Sounds crazy but it says a lot about what we have on ground these days. When you marry you complain of the problems, when you decide not to marry you complain of loneliness!!

Purposes Of Creating Alumni Associations

Having passed through an academic institution, we tend to create an alumni association and bring ourselves together as passers through of the alma mater. I want us to discuss what are the gains of these alumni?

What do we look forward to do? Why really do we have to bring ourselves back together? How do we even get it going for the first time of establishment, for relatively younger institutions?

I know we all are part of one alumni or the other, or have been active in establishing one. Let's share our experiences and opinions.
