My employee wrote to me last Friday, that she will be absent from work for this same screening exercise.
For the fact that she was honest about it, I granted her the request.
Story changed when yesterday she called in, that the screening exercise will end on wednesday.
School resumption period which is now is our business peak period.
I like being a 'good' boss but this one weak me o.
