JOB OVERVIEW:
The Test Center Administrator (TCA) serves as the face of the test centers in Rivers State. The position requires TCAs to verify candidate identification, monitor exams, and maintain strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity.

Interested candidates may be either ICT professionals or of any Management discipline with added ICT experience. Personnel must be highly respected for his/her ability to lead and control the computer-based test center environment.

· Full Time - Hours Will Vary

· Schedule: Site may be open Monday through Saturday 7am to 6pm. Saturday availability required. Occasional evening hours required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and procedures

· Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications

· Assist in the installation of new or modified hardware and software products

· Assist senior technicians in the resolution of technical Hardware and network problems

· Assist in providing training to new users of existing systems

· Assist in the preparation of reports on project status and progress.

· Administer each exam from the pre-examination to uploading of candidates' exams.

· Greet examinees and verify identification

· Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams

· Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency

· Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times

· Ensure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experience

· Report any occurrences outside company guidelines

· Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on Examination days of operations

· Safeguard the test center from misconduct

· If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification





QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:

· BSc or HND in Computer Science or any ICT variance. Business or Admin Management candidates will be considered too


EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of one year in any related job description mentioned above

· Must be 26 years of age and above to qualify

SKILLS:

· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers

· Ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence

· Ability to multi-task and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installation

· Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, and Explorer-web browsing)



PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while administering exams

· Ability to physically move through the test room every 8-10 minutes and escort candidates to and from testing room

· Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view the testing room through camera monitors while proctoring the exam

· Ability to maintain computers in the lab and office setting, by physically maneuvering in tight spaces, while maintaining safety protocols

I am living like i dont have a working immune system, i fall sick regularly like every week. last week i was on malaria drugs and antibiotic, i havent finished it then again yesterday i fall sick again nd they inject me with another malaria drug and give me another antibiotic.

There was a time someone cough on me i spent complete 2weeks sick.

No that's not how it's done, you friend is a suspected case, he should be isolation, even you and all those that has come in close contact with in should be isolation, then u should contact ncdc on Twitter, they will respond to u immediately. U can also contact a govt hospital on Port Harcourt, they will take his blood sample and send it to irua for testing, irua will give them a feeback within 2 days if he is positive or not.

A friend of mine just came back from the US and staying with us he came with cough and serious fatigue. I got scared and called a doctor from Rivers state teaching hospital pleading we want an urgent test.
To our surprise we were directed to Luth in Lagos or Irua in Edo state. As in....?

Please are we sure we honestly have the actual figures of those truly infected with this virus?

Please we need an urgent testing area in the South south cos I can’t jeopardize the safty of travelers when going to Lagos for test.
