The 4 major problems i know for for this mass failure is that

1. most of the teachers in federal schools and state schools are not willing to be teachers.they are only teaching for their salary not for student to understand what they are been taught.syllabus is getting wilder everyday and some of this teachers are not ready to teach this children to their understanding.

2. This teachers most of them have good qualifications, but they don't have the talent to teach other student.

3. when some of this people can't secure the job their heart desire, they will go for any other available job around them.

4. The system of teaching here in Nigeria have to be amended.e.g the closing time 2.00pm can be amend to 12 noon.anything after 1.00pm some student can't absorb anything again into their brain.

Well that is few words i have for know.
