Chinonso Henry Daniel popularly known as 'Denerio', is a recording artist; singer/songwriter, Denerio who is currently on tour in Nigeria universities with his debut hit single "E Sa Majo", was nominated for the prestigious music awards "Top Naija Music Awards 2018" of which he won his category: "Best song/sound recording". In an exclusive interview with hip tv, the young extremely versatile artist spoke about his intentions to continue with consistent hit tracks, ranging from afrobeat, dancehall, highlife, e.t.c. Here is his debut hit single "E Sa Majo" which is currently every DJs favourite tune.

"E Sa Majo" speaks about a young man professing his love to his special woman and his capability to take care of his lady; he expressed this using the phrase "E Sa Majo" meaning: "Just dance" the lady, in turn, is willing to be with him cuz he treats her well.

A Cameroonian-Nigerian performing artiste, Ashley Stephanie, who has released many hit songs and videos and has also graced many top shows in the country, and also got a nomination at the 2015 Nigeria Music Video Awards feels very disappointed and defrauded as she feels she is being scammed by the Nigeria office of DHL international.

The Cameroonian stage goddess came back to Nigeria with her iPhone6 S+ with other apple accessories which she bought at the apple store in 235 Regent Street, W1B 2EL, United Kingdom. On getting to Nigeria, the phone stopped functioning.

Apple requested that the phone be returned for repair which the international star did through DHL at their head quarters in Isolo. She paid in full for the iPhone 6 S+ to be delivered to an address in the UK and also paid for it to be returned to her address here in Nigeria. DHL made her show a document proving that the phone was for personal use and not for sale. DHL also gave her a document to fill for proof that the phone was for personal use and not for sale which she did.

From the artiste, DHL has been keeping the international star’s phone since 18th December, 2015, trying to extort more money from her, claiming that it is the “Nigerian customs duty” on her personal iPhone6 S +. Surprisingly, the account number sent to her belongs to DHL. Please o my poeple! When have we started paying customs duties on our personal effects? DHL! Na wa o!

The artiste is calling on DHL officials to come into the matter because of anything happens to her phone or if any silly story emanates from it, she won't take it likely with the company.

Tension pervaded Enugu on Thursday over the killing of a community leader by Fulani herdsmen.

It was gathered that the deceased, Pa Tagbuo Oguejiofor, 85, a chief, was murdered at his farm in Oma Eke village in Udi Local Government Area of the state.

Our correspondent learnt that before his death, the deceased had driven away some herdsmen from his farm.

It was gathered that the herds destroyed crops and polluted a water well that belonged to the deceased.

Reports of the incident fueled fears of possible reprisal on the Hausa-Fulani community.

However, in a statement, which confirmed the development, the Enugu State Police Command urged residents to avoid taking the law into their hands.

The police spokesman, Ebere Amaraizu, who issued the statement, added that full investigation had commenced into the incident.

Amaraizu said, “The Enugu State Command of the Nigeria Police Force, through its operatives. has commenced full scale investigations into the circumstances surrounding the alleged killing of a man as well as its motives at his farm land at Oma Eke in Udi Local Government Area of the state on 19/3/15.

Nigerian soldiers have recaptured Gwoza, a town in northeastern Borno state, from members of the Boko Haram sect.
