Romance / Re: Men Pls Resist Any Move By The Judiciary To Implement Child Support In Nigeria by torontoboy(m): 12:48am On May 22, 2018
I wrote the following on Nairaland about 2 years ago.

If you've never watched the flick 'Snatch', please do! Lovely film it is! One of the characters in it, 'Bullet Tooth Tony' a career thug, threatened some small time crooks with his heavy pistol 'Desert Eagle 50 caliber' saying their b*lls would experience shrinking upon sighting the gun. Trust me, the crooks took off big time. In Canada, it's not gun country, but one thing that will make even the fellow with b*lls of steel to shrink is child support!
Please do not get me wrong! I'm all for raising one's own kids and going the whole 9 yards for them and all that. However when the Government steps in, it's a different ball game altogether!

Here in Canuck land, the ladies are waiting for that simple fellow who will sleep with them, get them preggo and who they will milk for the next 18 years or more. Such simple guys are called baby daddies! Here, there and everywhere, you see the women happily pushing strollers with their babies contented with the fact that they are on easy street. In fact some have between 2 to 5 baby daddies ensuring that she can live the good life while the men slave away, pawns of the system.
Such women do not work or even develop themselves, yet they rock the latest hairdo's and take expensive taxi rides around the city. Do not forget that the Government still pays them a lot of benefits for being single mothers. They get houses for next to nothing rent wise also courtesy of the Government while the baby daddy lives in places like ghettos in order to keep his rent low, and to be able to fork out the cash demanded monthly.

For the hapless fellows caught in that trap, life can be pretty miserable as the Government has agencies that are ready to ruin lives if they do not pay up. They can take action's such as ruining the guy's credit by reporting to the credit bureau, an action which essentially ruins the guy since access to credit is everything here. They can take the guy's driver's license, raid his bank account, take his property and sell, send him to jail etc!

The ugly side to this is that so many men have committed suicide as a result of all these. Some will want to argue that if you don't want such, why did you sleep with the woman. My answer to this is that they both slept with each other. Something is definitely wrong with a mentality where if a man say's he's not ready for a kid, he's considered vermin but if a woman aborts the pregnancy, it's her choice. Please note that i'm not supporting abortion in any sense.

These horrors are not limited to baby mama's alone but also to divorcees as well. The system is so pro women that the man is screwed. Even if you're not married and a woman lives with you for a certain period, you're still screwed if she takes you to court because it's referred to as common law partnership. If she brought a baby from another man into your house and the baby starts calling you daddy, you're screwed when she takes you to court. The judge will order your ass to pay child support for that child. So many men have had to pay through the nose for the upbringing of children that are not theirs, especially if your former partner cheated on you and brought another man's child home, without you knowing. It has been said that only the woman knows who the real father of the child is.

Another thing a woman can do to screw you over is to claim alimony or spousal support even when you did not have kids together and are now divorced. Some men even think that going back home and marrying a 'simple' girl and bringing her abroad will ensure marital bliss.
Wishful thinking in a lot of cases. The women change once the get here, trust me. A Pakistani friend of mine nearly committed suicide as a result of this. So if you don't want your salary divided in half and given to a woman you are no longer married to, please ya ara e ni brain!

Funny enough, she can still use your father's name for as long as it suits her and you can't do jack about it even though you're divorced!

I could go on and on, but i'm writing this in hope that a few men will be spared this hell on earth called child support which as i've earlier stated should be the natural thing for a dad to do, but when the Government steps in, it can lead to insanity or even suicide!
So many 'mad men' walking around downtown were a product of the system!

The women derive their power from the following:

1. Saying i do at the altar and signing a piece of paper afterwards
2. Having children in the mix
3. Living as common law with a woman
4. Having that woman bring a kid or kids into the mix.
Please do NOT get me wrong, i'm all in support of marriage and kid's but in the Western world as a man, please shine your eyes wella wella!

If you know how many men are depressed, suicidal, alcoholic etc as a result of the above you will do the following:

1. Stay abstinent
2. If you can't as a single man do number 1, wear 2 or more jimmy hats during intercourse
3. Go for vasectomy
4. If you're married, don't try have more than one or two kids
5. Stop sleeping with every lady you meet

Personally i opt for vasectomy!

Final word! To all the women engaged in this despicable act, i'm glad the Scripture says there's a day coming when 7 of you will lock on to a man saying please let's just bear your name!

Why?

Men will become wiser and steer clear of your drama!

A to yin ti!

To be forewarned is to be forearmed!

Olorun mo pe mo ti fun e o ara kunrin!

Ya ara e ni brain ni ilu ebo!

Friends (particularly Nigerians)...we can't continue as a Nation with the level of stupidity & idiocy being manifested at the highest levels of governance. Nigeria is now the laughing stock of the entire world as things that beggar belief continue to emanate from the country on a daily basis.
Apart from the fact that a sitting president could go & hunker down in another nation for medical reasons (spending billions), while his people are dying for lack of good healthcare facilities and poverty, the latest is, this slap in the collective faces of all Nigerians... that rats have destroyed his office while he was away in London.
This tissue of lies is one too many! I am very fed up as I believe you all are too. My proposal today is to implore every right thinking Nigerian to use social media (a tool which we have seen work), to force a change yet again.
Let every one of us use the picture of rats as either our Facebook cover or profile picture. It may be temporary or last for a while. If we all can do this, we can ridicule these people and prove that without guns etc, the people are still the ones with the power.
Please, copy & share or even write same in your own words.
Tell your friends, get them on board.
Let us not just talk but act.
God bless Nigeria!
God bless us all!

Eve emasculated adam because he was a weak man, henpecked, women can only emasculate weak men.

Adam by nature was a weak man, he was too weak to even disagree with eve, his weak nature was confirmed when he made this statement "the woman who thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, & I did eat". By virtue of this statement adam was implicitly saying he was incapable of holding the headship position. A woman placed under his care! this statement infuriated God & made him to intensify the curse he placed on man.

It's quite unfortunate that the first man God created was henpecked & weak willed. But being a weak man isn't by choice, is more of nature, I think it's inborn.

Aren't you contradicting yourself. If weakness is inborn, then God must be to blame for making man weak ab initio. Since Adam was created in God's image and likeness, then God must also be weak, no?

Assuming you have a house for rent which brings in 1 mil annually in Nigeria (and that's stretching it), how much is that in US greenbacks? That's less than $3,000 yearly. The 50 grand house in Yankee should give you at least $700- $850 monthly. Do the math!

Open letter to Efe.
Hi there, while i must confess that i did not watch BBN (as i believe the show was called), i would like to congratulate you on your winning 25 extra large and a brand new car to boot.
A word to the wise though. The sum sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. If you convert that to the US currency, you're talking about $71,000 give or take a few here and there.
Were i you (and I'm not), investing in real estate would be the only option available here. Spending up to 20 million on building a set of nicely appointed flats should be the priority. This should see you through nicely whether endorsement's come in or not. If they come in, repeat step A above.
Keep your SUV in the garage untouched till the euphoria and endorsements dwindle. While basking in the limelight and the shine of bankable millions, procure visa's to worthwhile countries.
If your endorsements are sizable, buy a house in America etc. You can still get a $50 grand house which while not a mansion, still ensures you are a home owner in America.
As regarding the SUV, sell it and put the money in A above. A smaller car should still give you bragging rights.
Finally, after the public moves on to another celebrity, quietly relocate to a foreign country and start a new life working.
If while there (working), you still want to do entertainment etc, you would have had enough investments etc to give you a lifelong sure footing.
Thank you for your time.

Let's make it clear!

Are we marrying for eye & arm candy purposes (let my vain ego be massaged as people see the pretty young thing I'm bedding), or out of a need for companionship and minds meeting, cross pollinating ideas?

In the first instance any age gap of more than 10 years in the man's favour is disproportionately going to result in clashes of personality and outlook to life!

If on the other hand, the man is undergoing mid-life crises, then oro pesi!

In such cases, skelewu & azonto are both indicated stat!

Otherwise, what concord has an 18 year old with an over 50 year old bloke?

She can never truly be herself and may never reach her full potential!

Well, what do I know?

Most people will be quick to say money (plenty of it in this case) answereth all things!

@OP, while i must commend you for your write up, you did not get #10 right. In several places in Scripture, the in-filling of the Holy Spirit was evidenced by speaking in other tongues. Remember what Jesus said? Out of your belly shall flow out rivers of living water? He also said that one of the marks of a believer would be to speak in other tongues. Secondly, Scripture supports the laying on of hands to recieve the baptism of the Holy Spirit, something Paul did severally. You could ask for it on your own or get someone to pray for you, laying hands. It all boils down to faith. I got baptised in 1988 and it wast through the laying on of hands. I have been speaking in tongues since then.

i just saw this story on Yahoo. Decided to share!

A man who saw his new wife for the first time without make up is reportedly SUING her for trauma, after being shocked at her appearance.

The unnamed couple had just got married in Algeria and after spending the night together, the husband woke up to find his wife bare faced.

But rather than admire her natural beauty, instead the man REFUSED to believe the woman was his wife, believing her to be a thief.

Finally realising that this was in fact the woman he loved, the man is now allegedly suing her for fraud and “psychological suffering”.

A source told Emirates 247: “He said he was deceived by her as she used to fill up her face with make up before their marriage.

“He said she looked very beautiful and attractive before marriage, but when he woke up in the morning and found that she had washed the make-up off her face, he was frightened as he thought she was a thief.”

The price of the husband’s “suffering” is £13,000.

Family / Re: Emasculation Of The African Man by torontoboy(m): 9:08am On Jul 15, 2015
A woman can emasculate a man in several ways.

1.Shedding of crocodile tears which causes everyone to favour her and blame the man even without hearing his own side of the story.

2. Denial of sexual congress or lying there like an unresponsive log of wood.

3. Comparing the husband with other men, and downplaying his achievements despite his best efforts.

4. Turning the children against the Dad through lies etc.

5. Silent treatment

Way back several years ago, when i used to sell dogs in Nigeria, i once went to a top Manager's house to sell him a dog. As soon as i entered the house, it felt like i had stepped into a cauldron and i felt a physical slap even though i was alone with the host and the A/C was on full blast. As soon as the wife came in, you could sense palpable hatred, tension and a choking miasma.
I got out of there in a hurry. The guy's driver later told me, Bros, did you feel how hot the house is? It's the wife at work. That dog is not going to last. It was a prophesy that came through!
Family / Re: Emasculation Of The African Man by torontoboy(m): 8:53am On Jul 15, 2015
Several things cause men to be emasculated in today's society!

1. Laws passed by politicians who have no inner light guiding them but rather rely on 'experts' who propound funny doctrines.
In so called civilized climes, a generation of weak, self serving people with a very high sense of entitlement have been produced. These people are so sensitive and wear their feelings on their sleeves to the extent that any small slight like bullying or a supervisor correcting them at work can either cause them to commit suicide or take a gun to kill others. This is quite rampant in a society where now you can't even fail a student or grade them low because you might hurt their feelings.

2. The women lobby for equality which has been taken too far. Nowadays they are so powerful that you dare not say anything contrary or you will face their wrath by the law or social media etc.

3. The gagging of men today through political correctness. Even if you do not agree with certain things, you must learn to live in silence. Otherwise, you will be torn to shreds.

4. Women exploit the law which favours them especially in the West to the detriment of men. Quite recently, a footballer was dropped from the team in the States for hitting back at a woman who first started to punch and slap him. Nothing has been done to the lady in question. They (women) can do and undo and the man has to take it, like it or not!

Quite interesting read. Eve was the very first female who succeded in emasculating the very first man, Adam! This has always been satan's ploy to try to rubbish divine order. For any organization to work, there must be structure and order failing which there will be chaos.

One of the major issues causing problems in the world today, is the turning upside down of God given gender roles. As someone who lives in the diaspora, i've seen how much this issue has affected society at large. I even wrote about it in one of my FB posts!

THE EMASCULATION OF MANUS DOMESTICUS
Thank God for a Dad who gave me a proper hiding when i deserved one but yet would go all out to show me he loved me. Simple things like taking me to Agodi Gate to buy Beano,Archie & Combat comics every friday etc stick in my mind concerning my late Father. It would never have crossed my mind to call the cops on him when i got out of turn like the daughters of the Georgia Pastor Creflo Dollar.
In fact in those days if you were not "sorted out" after a grevious act of disobedience you began to doubt your fathers love for you. You began to think that you were a bastard.
Satan's suble attack on the male gender is gradually making him redundant in the family. In so called civilized climes women & children have ursuped the Biblical role of the man. You see them everyday 'emasculated beings' who have been processed by the system.

I do not believe in violence towards women neither do i believe that they are inferior in any sense but there is an order ( a chain of command if you will) that has been laid down by the maker! I also do not believe that you should beat achild for every offence but a situation where the man has to 'fem' because of threat by wife & or his kids gives cause for alarm.
God's Word is very clear on these matters for in many places it talks about employing the 'rod of correction'. This is very important in the formative years of a child for without the 'fear' that a father brings into the life of a child, that child often does not turn out right. Some women even go as far as contending with the man when he is correcting the child! Hmmmmm........not good!

I feel particularly sorry for ladies who through being unsubmissive will not stay under the covering of a true man for indeed not all men are men(a topic for another day) but opt to raise children singly. Hear it TODAY if you haven't before....... you are raising fractured children no matter how much 'love' you show to them!

Lastly a lie from the pit of hell making rounds is that you should be your child's best friend! I am yet to see biblical basis for this. YOU ARE THEIR PARENT! Yes show them love but be lovingly firm & discipline them as the need arises. They will thank you for it when they grow up into well adjusted adults & not dysfunctional fellows that are maladjusted! Thank you Dad! Sun re o!

All the above prayers are easily made available to the believer when he seeks to develop the fruit of the Spirit. Most people pray for the gifts but rarely seek the fruit. You also do not ask for an increase in Faith. The disciples tried this as well.Jesus told them if they had faith as small a a mustard seed, they would move mountains. Every man has has been given a measure of faith. You grow that faith by putting it to use. When you excercise it in small things and get results, it encourages you to do bigger things.

Could'nt find the appropriate section for this, so this section will have to do!
The issue is about what i've percieved with Africans or black people in general.

This great lady helps me capture the right words:

Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people." - Eleanor Roosevelt

I've found this to be so true in almost any fora where black people congregate.

For the average Nigerian, it's about this celebrity this or that, what they wore & how they wore it. It's about their cars, houses etc.

Even with the politicians, the main issue of addressing real concerns of the Nation are always pushed aside and character assasination, mud slinging etc always take center page.

The reason the white man has gone far basically is because ideas take center stage at least for the formative years of their development.

Alas they are also now more into the mundane as well.

If you want to go far, let ideas preoccupy and dominate your mind instead of people and events!

Ok, just so we're on the same page, girl!

I start my spiel with a story a friend of mine Kolly told me way back, when we were hanging out at General Gas, Akobo, Ibafan.

He'd gotten so fed up with the numerous stories various ladies he'd met drummed up, to collect money from him.

Invariably the 'format' was always the same!

1. It's my birthday next week!

2. I need to buy handouts!

3. Someone in her family has cogent issues that require utmost & urgent attention.

4. Her current phone needs a new earpiece!
5. Her hair & nails are long overdue for change!

6. She wants to move out of campus so as to have more privacy for him when he visits

This list which is by means exhaustive got my guy so tired of hearing it over & over again that he told a new catch:

Fast forward, how much do you need?

Now to me!

No amount of stories will get me to part with my moolah unless it comes from my heart!

If I do approach a lady, it's not for sex, but the possibility of jumping the broom in view!

Once stories start reeling out, I'm off like the fast & furious!

Many ladies have lost some very good chaps with their greedy & grubby attitude!
