What I am proposing is neo colonialism working together with Uk as returning colonial masters, China and the world bank; while Nigeria of course retains sovereignty. A country can be taught/colonized with its sovereignty in tact.

Nigerian Government revenue will be managed from Great Britain.

Resource and development contracts will be signed.

China would be in charge of the infrastructure projects.

G8 resources will start to follow Nigeria.

Nigerians on ground would start to be shamed for their bad citizenship and encouraged to become good citizens. Psychiatric evaluation for all drivers and compulsory driver education.

Nigeria can be a changed country in 2 yrs or less.

Only Lagos is transforming rapidly because most residents hv bn out at least to ECOWAS and are demanding development.

So either way we need foreign influence
