The agent is not giving you the true state of your application, ask him or her the exact documents being requested from you, there is no correlation with supporting documents and opening an account in Canada. You need to quickly get the true position of your app.

Many applicants have gotten their PPR without submitting Police Certificate..

If you are a first time applicant, its fine to submit it..

But if you are re-applying, you can apply without it..

If you do not stay in Lagos, you can have Police Character Certificate processed for you remotely as you can fill and scan back the documents/passports including your fingerprints. You may want to reach out to Inspector Moshood on 08034747802. I got his digits on previous threads. Cost ranges from 5k to 7k depending on your negotiation power.

Hello, I will advise you walk into Iyaganku police station tomorrow then ask for where to do police report from the officers at the gate, you will be directed. Kindly go with 3 passport photographs and your international passport.
