Hello fellow, not that I'm defending anyone; don't always jump to conclusion like this, at least do a search on credibility of those involved, I've came across a thread on this forum where jpmorgan advertised a job and many people were invited for interview and some were employed via that means. I don't know him/her neither did I have anything to do with him anywhere before, but I still believe in the saying that; patience is the surest weapon of an hunter. Sheers.

Your opinion is good, but the problem is that we do not get the true picture of what is causing the delay and it was not also disclose if the recruitment is no longer feasible.

My faith regarding this recruitment was abused when Mr JP wrote that, thank God we did not pay a penny, therefore, we do not have anything to lose. the statement is not good enough because it is not professional.

So many have hoped, even if they did not pay a penny, the time wasting and the information giving away is an illness. I just pray the information is not abused[use for something else].
Does any one here know the monetary value of HOPE?

To my fellow applicants, searching for job should not be a priority but lets also try to build up a business plan and continue nursing it even when the capital is not there yet. Our going to school shouldn't be to work under people but to be productive as well.
I wonder what our schools is also inculcating in us. The moment majority finish schooling, what we think next is building a CV plan[Y nt a business plan]. We will never take time to look around and discover the hiding treasures around us.

Imagine the Bsc. holders with advance education still want to join the slavery community.

If you are not earning minimum of 100k in a month, trust me, you are below average.

Is this recruitment still feasible?

Discretion is very crutual.
Imagine a company wants to employ a staff, store keeper for instance and the pay is 50k.
A single brother would have a better chance compare to someone that is married. Reason is because a single brother is more mobile and he can still save with ease from the 50k.
A married brother may be excluded because of the responsibilities at home already together with office matter. The 50k salary might even make him to commit fraud because he needs to survive, maybe some how.
If its in a setting where married brother is given more preference, one may need to indicate married as marriage certificate is not always requested.
Discretion is crucial!

The issue of Distinction or First Class shouldn’t bring controversy. This forum is to share and receive vital information.
What I know about UI is that, the school mgt. often prepare letter of recommendation for their first class/distinction product[s] to a reputable firm for reassessment and employment.

Some of the contributors were not actually mocking you neither your sister but trying to send a signal like… wao! is this guyyyy not aware of the economic state of this country?

However, the age range shows that she could be popularly demanded in the labour market.
Access bank value people of that age range and the academic grade. First Bank for instance do not always make it open that they need a distinction/first class graduate but during recruitment, immediately they identify somebody like that, there is a special department for them at the head office. Although she will still need to prove it; certificate apart.

Another thing, while seeking/waiting to be called by a reputable organization, there are high profile private schools that could employ her and willing to pay her very well.
In some places, Distinction is not hot cake because of the cost implication; companies want to save.

I think those people that were contacted were those people whose excel information had one/two discripances.
Like Oga Jp has stated, contacting you to provide an information does not make you an automatic candidate.

Accept the job, not to actually save but to have a place to go every morning just pending the time you get a good invitation from a reputable firm.
You might even meet helper from there.

Whether to be a bank marketer?
You need to consider the nature of the employment; is it contract or bank direct.
If contract, like say DSA, pls don't take the job oo
If you didn't meet your target within the stipulated time frame, even 1packet of candle cannot secure your stay.
If the bank wants to recruit you direct, then its better and its more secure.

To me, teaching is still better.
The pressure there is still bearable. You will still have all the time to yourself. It doesn't stop you from attending interview when better job comes around.
After school hour, all the time left before the next they also have some economic values.
Teaching is still very goods.

If you need banking marketing job why not combine it if you can.

CFA but expensive,you have to fly to ghana to write the exam,as at when dollar to naira was 500,the fee is 300k.then its three stages of exams that means 300k x 3,include your flight tickets,accomodation and feeding.so if you are nt working or you dnt have sponsor you might struggle .

You need to register/create a profile on the site before been able to apply for the job.
