The insurance job is still better as you're well familiar with the up and down also to some extent you're free to go places even without restrictions, that freedom alone is an asset.

The right word is Utility bill such as PHCN bill, LWMA bill or water cooperation bill.
For standard savings account a utility bill is required and a valid means of identification as required by CBN also for ease KYC.
