Hmmmnnnnn GOD, Started work immediately after my youth service with a real estate firm located in the Lagos metropolis around alausa half way through the month of November, thinking I have gotten where to put my head for the main time...Agreement were made between my employer and I, that I will be paid 30k for a start and increment as time goes on...was paid 15k for the half month I have worked, and came knocking December salary and I was paid 20k saying there is no money and no sales of land with promises to balance up later. first week of January I was balanced, February is knocking and am been told by my greedy manager that, the chairman is paying the old staff 2third of their salary and the same applies to me.....please help me oooo (2third of thirty what is left please help ooo).....that the set target sales of 4plot every month to a land in ofada papalanto is not met? I was not told these when I started,... I gave these managers ideas on how developed marketing is, but NO, he said that the chairman does not have money for those kind of advert, that they prefer one on one marketing, told them to improve their hand bills, that it is not explanatory enough?, no answer, told them that people are requesting for pictures? no pictures....I even went as far as using my personal money for cheap advert on small site, told them about it, my people nothing ooooo... ,funniest thing about these firm is that we re just three in the office,(manager, marketing manager a corper and I)......to tell u how funny these place is, we occupy the pent house of these building at the 6th floor, the chairman owns these building no elevator,owning to the fact that the elevator is bad and old, no cleaner, no messenger. the manager refuse to replace the ink to the photo copier, and he collect petty cash from the chairman all the time. I run down the stairs like 3time a day,i clean the office like twice a week,... and I live in naf base ikeja....pls help dnt know what to do,.....their poor hand bill that cant even convince me is below......
