1. Mohbad was careless with his own life

This is a fact we can't sweep under the carpet. He lived a careless and reckless life, he was nonchalant with his health and the addiction of drugs messed up his mental health. If he lived his life the opposite way, his life would probably not have ended that way

2. Never marry a woman that belongs to the street

Wumi is bigger than Mohbad in the street. She's quarrelsome, troublesome and manipulative that her own father-in-law as well as some of Mohbad's friends are
doubting the paternity of the baby. Paternity fraud accusation is the worse accusation that can ever happen to a woman

3. Sometimes, it's better to walk alone

Having good social connection is beneficial for mental, career, business and financial growth if you don't have a good people to walk it, it's better to walk alone rather than hanging around snitches, traitors and backstabbers

4. Always hold your parents in high regard

Whether your in-laws would respect you or not, everything lies in the hands of your spouse. Mohbad's wife has no atom of respect or regard for father-in-law and this was probably due to the way Mohbad actually presented his own father before her

5. Never disregard the advice of your parents

There are times when could be blinded by love or lust but your parents are always there to wake you up from your slumber or illusion. If Mohbad had spent more time to know study both Wumi and her family, he probably would have discovered some red flags

6. Some women are supporters of evil

Wumi might not be the only that actually kill Mohbad but she's a bad wife yet there are a lot of brok'en and frust'rated women out there still supporting, painting her innocent and seeking justice for her

7. A good friend is better than a bad sibling

Parental separation is bad and the worse thing that can ever happen to someone is to come from a disunited family which could be seen in the life of Mohbad. Even the family can't come together to avenge the death of their own child

8. Marriage requires maturity

Mohbad lacked the mental and emotional capacity that are needed in marriage. Wumi was too clingy and and where Mohbad got it wrong was that he should have set some boundaries. No mature man will allow his wife, a nursing mother to be following him around to clubs, shows, parties and hotels

9. People only show you fake love when you're dead

When this guy was alive no one cared about him but the moment he died, friends, influencers and celebrities suddenly became a lover of Mohbad. In fact, some people even love Mohbad more than the way his own biological father does

10. A lot of Nigerians are easily deceived

Wumi is a very cunning and manipulative woman that deceived many Nigerians and many fell for her antics. She made it look like Mohbad died as a result of murder and tried to pin on Naira Marley. At some point, she turned the narratives and made it look like Mohbad's father was responsible for the death of his own son

Dude was not only careless but was too stubborn. He didn't take to correction. During interview session with his father, his father also said he advised him against certain things but he went for his own wish instead

Money also got into his head that made him make some rash decisions.. Look at the Wumi he married against his father's wish, see the role Wumi too played to contribute her own quota to his death... Is that one even a wife?

Everyone is meant to protect their lives at all cost.. Even those who are above 80s years are not reckless with their lives like some young people in their teens or twenties

That Mohbad largely contributed to his own downfall.. We can't sweep that under the carpet

He was into drugs, he was reckless with his life, he wasn't mentally mature to have a wife yet and was also surrounded by snitches and backstabbers

I was told the older you grow, the more you do away with stress at old age but reverse is the case to these men

80 years is like injury time in football. Anyone close to 80 is just living an injury time but these men are still greedy lots, desperate for power and acting like they will live forever

OP, you're looking for an issue where there's none, except there's more to the conversation she's having with her sister which you aren't cool with

Her sister is her go-to person, so you should be happy that her own blood sister is her go-to person

You should only be worried if her sister is divorced or a rebel to her own husband but as long as she's happily married, you don't have anything to worth about

The man used to chase out every tenant after a year for new entrant.. That's his culture.. He doesn't want you to stay more than a year, and once you move in, he starts looking for your trouble, so as to frustrate you to the point of leaving when your rent is due. He had over 30 tenants

I once had a similar experience.. Imagine your landlord telling you that you're living in house and acting like you're the landlord

Many Landlords don't like living with tenants either. Some tenants can be a serious stress. I remember a friends dad asking a tenant if he doesn't eat because common contribution of N200 for a utility bill in the year 2000s a tenant will say till next salary. I think minimum wage must have been 18k at the time. Now it the total sum is not realized to pay on time, the service may be cut off. If contribution is made on a street to fix a faulty transformer, you'll hear some tenants say until the fault is rectified before they pay, but they'll go and buy fuel for their gen. Who will contribute to fix it for him to now pay later?

I'm happy to live away from tenants but the headache I still get from my tenants where they are elsewhere makes my heart skip whenever they call me. Imagine tenants calling you to come and attend street meeting to discuss security on the street. What if I have several properties scattered about the country? I used to have aunts living in each of my properties but a tenant so harassed one of my aunts till my uncle (her brother) bought a property somewhere and gave her a place there.

You're right! Just as we have assholes as tenants, we also have them as landlords

I used to think you can co-exist with a landlord in the same compound peacefully as long as you mind your business, pay your rent promptly and don't cross your boundaries until my ideology changed recently that it's more than that

I've come to realize that the reason why many young people (tenants) don't want to live with their landlords is not because they're problematic or will put the house in bad state but because just want to avoid certain things and for the sake of their sanity

Some landlords are even bad belles. The success of their tenant intimidates them, so they monitor your progress and don't want you to grow above them.

Once you starts doing well, you start having issues with them.. These are the kinds of landlords littered everywhere now

Rented a house few years ago.. When I went for inspection, the house wasn't in good shape, so I complained and the Landlord assured me they will fix the necessary things after I make payment which I did.. To my surprise, landlord didnt do anything

Another surprising thing was that, my apartment was in total black out when NEPA brought light. I complained to him and he started he was just giving one excuse or the other

I called an electrician and we discovered that all the wires had melted.. I complained and complained but he did nothing until I had to wire the house with my own money, and that was how this bastard raised my rent by almost 100% shortly later

Make God just bless person, make person build him own house.. Even if na two rooms, I don't mind moving into there.. In fact, even if na inside bush the house dey sef, I no mind again oo

The way landlords are becoming greedier and inconsiderate to young people. Some of them can even use their greed to derail your journey or put you some steps backwards.. The more reason why some landlords don't even want you to stay more than a year

The moment you move in, they start making life uncomfortable for you so you won't renew the rent. They just want another person in, so they can collect fresh rent with agreement and commission

A time is coming when all your salary or labour for a whole year would end up in the hand of your landlord

We are gradually moving into that era
