The recently concluded Ekiti Governorship election and APC's victory with about 30,000 policemen paraded in a PDP stronghold state is just a foregleam of what is to come in the Presidential election next year.
Now some persons have mathematically calculated that the APC will need about a million policemen to secure votes for them going by the number deployed to Ekiti.
Here's what I think:
The Federal government do not really need about 30,000 security personnel deployed to APC states, just a few number especially in the Northeast, Northwest and Southwest. They already have a strong base in those regions and will win convincingly. However, they will require such number in the Southeast, Southsouth and maybe North central, where there is still uncertainty.
As the election draws closer, there will be heavy militarization of the 2 non APC regions, Southeast and South south. Several military operations with different code names will ensue. What we witnessed in Ekiti will be child's play come 2019 and at the end, ASO villa will remain the same, unchanged..

this man is acting for the cameras, yeye dey smell. Most likely this was staged/prearranged. Rubbish.
He is even commiting an unsafe act because he is not a medic and even if a medic is not arround (which I doubt since they are suppose to be part of his entourage) his aides would do this faster and better but Fayose as usual prefer to act for the cameras.

What is wrong with Nigerians and negative criticism? If he has just drove past the lady, a lot of people would call for his head. Now he has assisted in ensuring she gets medicare and we still not pleased... What exactly do we want?

I trust Saraki won't honor this invitation.. He was aware of the IG's plot before now, I think that was why he repeatedly invited the same IG to the National assembly which the IG turned down... So why turn down an invitation from Saraki and expect him to honor yours? This is just a battle of superiority.
