and to answer your question, not really, save for the hair and long face. The eyes/eyebrows/forehead are not the same.

^ my reason for specifically mentioning oyo axis is because that's where they have a higher incidence of mixed looking people. (not biracial looking per se but just an appearance of being somehow mixed).
