It actually varies but once they're done with verifications and no document is fraudulent in anyway, the tatus will definitely change. Just keep checking and praying to whatever you believe in.

But he didn't submit any paper before he was issues white paper.. and the supplement question they asked for is just personal profile questions that was already answered in his DS-160 forms.

Hello boss in the house kindly help with this question? A friend was giving white paper on his interview dates and no document was asked from him and after two days they send him a mail to provide supplement documents and he was been place on Administrative processing( status is still refused). they sent mail to him that his passport is ready for collection at DHL office! The passport is not stamped. So he filled the documents they requested for and send it back.
Please how long does it take for a status to change from refuse to probably approval?
And has something like this ever happen before?

Me: I also applied to Steven institute of technology and Howard university.

Me: This degree would enable me to work as a lecturer and research scientist in the chemistry department of Bleep university when I return back to Nigeria after my graduation. Also, I plan to pursue a career in Analytical Chemist and chemistry will be a great foundational course to me. I plan to become a Renowned consultant in Analytical chemist in the future.(I stutter all through here)

VO: Who is paying for this Deficit?
Me: I have a partial tuition scholarship from my department and my Dad will be paying the balance of the Deficit.
VO: What does your Dad do?
Me: He is a Renowned Real Estate Valuer and Consultant that deals in selling, buying and leasing of lands, Apartment shops and houses. Also, he owns a factory that supplies juice and yoghurt to five Northern states in Nigeria( she didn't hear me clearly )
VO: you mean estate valuer
Me: I said yes
She type type type and say that Golden words, I just collect the white paper and work out the building before she will change her mind��

hi. sevis fee is paid by your contact outside Nigeria via western union, pay check, or money order while the Visa fee is paid @GTB N67,200. hope this helps.

You can pay your visa fee first before sevis
And you can also use someone’s GTB to pay they would send the receipt to his or her mail if you use the app
