Good afternoon all, I have a few questions about my application
1. My sponsor’s closing balance is 50.2m and the total cost of my first year in Canada will be 55m, I also added 4 of my sponsor’s engineering award contracts that total up to 920m with 40-50% advance payments in the beginning of all of the contracts and a land document worth 82m. Will these supporting documents be enough?
2. I submitted my application April 15th, biometrics done April 16th. I’m a minor and I haven’t received any medical update yet. Does that mean ircc has waived off the medicals because it says “we don’t need your medicals yet”.
3. In my sponsor’s bank statement, he had inflows of over 100m and an opening balance of 8m, will that be an issue?

The New version Ircc portal or the old Gc-Key Ircc portal. Reason I'm asking is, I was informed the new version uses Ai which is without human face hence the rejection is much.

The anxiety has been stressful oh. I just got a request to upload my medicals, I didn't do upfront but I hope this is a good sign. I didn't get this request with my first attempt.

How long does it take after medicals before it's uploaded.

Guys please how long does it takes to get visa stamp on passport for Canada work permit.

Submitted my passPort for stamping on March 20 and it gets to Abuja IRCC on March 21 which I received a text that is under processing. Till today I am yet to receive my passport or get an update regarding my passport status. Please does it takes this long to get passport stamp from IRCC cos mine is going to 2 months now.

All I tried to convey is that you do not need to pay anyone 3000dollars to do a study permit. You can do it yourself.

Sometimes IRCC delays in updating the tracker. Check again in 48hrs if you don't receive the decision mail.

A relative is seeking to process her study visa for masters, she reached out to me saying that she had a former school mate in the same school she intends to go to who said she can help put her through and these are the list of items she told her were needed:

Thank you, I will try to implement this in my next application. Is there any alternative to liquid funds, as the IRCC website mentions that loan approval can also be accepted as proof of funds?

Thank you for your response. In my previous application, I submitted all the documents you mentioned for sponsor's . Additionally, I provided a loan approval for 110,000 CAD, which was sufficient to cover all of my tution fees and expenses. My tuition fee for the first year is 31,000 CAD. Along with this, I also included a property valuation report indicating assets worth 350,000 CAD. However, I noticed that the sanction letter for the loan was not specifically mentioned in the GCMS notes. Could this imply that the visa officer may have overlooked it? I am wondering if this omission could have affected the assessment of my application.

Hey guys,

I really need your help with my student visa reapplication. My first application was refused with the generic reason "not likely to leave Canada after study." When I ordered my GCMS notes, the real issue turned out to be "insufficient funds available."

In my initial application, I submitted an education loan approval/sanction letter that fully covered my two years of tuition and living expenses. I also showed 25,000 CAD in my father’s account as additional financial support.

I’m not sure why this wasn’t considered enough, and I’d really appreciate any advice you can give me on how to handle this and make my case stronger for the reapplication.

On my visa application, I got a BVL on 27th, tracker updated eligibility as complete. On the documents section, I saw visa number but yet to get any decision from ircc. Any suggestion please.

"Bank statement provided from PA's father is poorly documented and there is no evidence provided showing how PA's sponsor came to accumulate such savings, While I note business certificate registration on file, however, financial information provided is not supported with evidence of income tax paid, pay slips nor business ownership, for the bank statement balances on file. in the absence of satisfactory documentation showing the source of these funds, I am not satisfied the applicant has sufficient funds for the intended international study." For the reasons above, I have refused this application under R216(1)(b) and R220(a) and (b)."

This is what my GCMS Note states as the reason for the refusal of my Canada student application.
Please help me understand how to tackle this situation; I would greatly appreciate any advice you can provide.
