It depends on some factors.
- Where do you target to buld at?
- Do you already own a piece of land or not?
- what size of building ?

You can start by having a realistic target to own a piece of land. You can save 250k for a year and use it to buy land. It will likely be outskirts/ developing area but it is your land and people live there.

Next you decide the size of building. Again it has to be modest and then you can have a plan ro buy or mould blocks. About 1.5 - 2k blocks make
A simple 2 bedroom flat - modedt one ooo.

And about 1 bag of cement bulds 60-70 blocks.

You can calculate other costs based your modest plan but it is very doable especially if you live in a cheap state or northern Nigeria.

I can provide more details but YOU MUST BE DETERMINED TO LIVE ON ABOUT HALF OF YOUR SALARY TO ACHIEVE IT.
