I am not really sure now, as I have been out of academics for 10years now. But I know the salary range is between 400k - 700k ish. The difference is in the additional employee value proposition like overseas and local conferences sponsorship, prestige, accomodation, and good work environment in the case of universities like AUN, etc.

But academics na very good field to work for work-life balance and you can use the extra time for side hustle which can fetch you far more than the monthly salary!!!
