TyroneP: The key takeaway of the topic is literacy. You can't compare literacy/education attainment in the South West to the North and it translates to development unlike the north. I only used Ndume which was a mere opinion.
The implied point is that Ndume is long in the senate because of the illiteracy in the North so I pointed out that the illiteracy in the southwest should be more if we use your logic.
hardknocksng: If some of them are educated, why will they allow a dime spend 22years there ? They don’t hve anyone to fill in that space ?
They deliberately deprive them of basics education that why majority of them are beggars and almajiris.
Even the educated ones are not wise as well.
This section of the country has sworn to keep Nigeria backward
By your logic, there is no greater group of illitrates than the yorubaas over whose lives and destinies Tinubu has ruled since inception of democracy and whose son is the heir apparent to their family throne of Lagos and south western Nigeria!
TyroneP: Some of them are educated though...Maybe that's why Ndume is in his 22nd (22 years) year in House of Rep and crossed to Senate...
Tinubu's wife would have died a senator if he did not become president... his son is the de facto governor of Lagos. To your point on Ndume's longevity... check the Tinubu dynasty of Lagos!
PressMyButton: The man in power is aware of their game and he's ontop of it. It's the same pattern, they don't have any other new plan except this old satanic bloodthirsty game plan. But they are messing with the wrong guy, this is not Goodluck Jonathan, this is Jagaban. Something tells me Jagaban is planning something big that will shock everybody.
After God, na Tinubu 💪 God bless Nigeria.
Tinubu and Buhari used the same tactics to get APC in so why should one be surprised if they are the ones repeating it?
You no fit get brain wey go reason simple matter like this?
allen113: I wasn't alone cuz I was accompanied by my woman since she was out of work then
Your story no too concern me but wetin catch my attention na say you get woman. With the way you dey bash women online, I think say u no go get any thing to do with them.
Olamila: Maintain confidentiality, stop be rascal with information no one ask you about. Nigeria is still under educated about the virus. Most of the reactive are caused by late stage infection or late discovery of the disease. Nigeria medical authorities should call her to order. Don’t mention State or name people can easily start stressing and stigmatizing.
What confidentiality again na oga/madam? The same you said Nigerians are under educated about HIV. Now someone is educating people about the prevalence of HIV and you are shouting confidentiality.
HisSexcellency: Is the VP not from Borno state, what exactly is he doing to help secure his people. He was the governor of that state when chibok girls were kidnapped, he blamed the FG for not doing enough, now he is the FG.
If he can not secure his people as VP who will
What us the constitutional role of a VP?
Are you admitting that the principal is a dead brained, crook incapable of carrying out his duty of safe guarding life and property?
The VP is a lame duck with absolutely zero powers to carry out any executive actions if his principal is still on seat!
GistMedia0: A young lady has taken to social media to share her distress after her ex-boyfriend asked her to vacate the apartment he had rented for her. In a viral video, she showed her packed luggage, lamenting how she had no choice but to move out since their relationship had ended.
The incident quickly ignited reactions online, with social media users divided on the matter. While some criticized the lady for playing the victim, others sympathized with her situation.
"When he rented the apartment, we didn’t hear online. It’s time to move out, and now you’re playing the victim. Madam, if you can’t afford rent, go back to your father’s house," one user commented.
Others, however, defended her, with one saying, "May God not let me meet men like this o. Ladies, this is why you should have your own money and not depend on a ‘boyfriend.’ God forbid."
PressMyButton: Headless Mob are confused right now, when this young man resigned, they carried his matter on the head like gala, throwing all darts and sticks at him, even calling him used and dumped. But the word "dignity" is not in the dictionary of an average Obidient. The values and personal growth you gain in working alongside a President like Tinubu is worth more than the office you might occupy. This exactly is the testimony of Ajuri. That's why Obidients were left in the shock of their lives when Bianca, despite the threats and online bullying to stop her working with Jagaban, she ignored those online mobs and social media rats and took on the job. Today, she can't be more grateful. She knows that beyond the campaign of calumny against Tinubu, he is a man of rare and unique personality. Pls, show me anyone that has ever worked or still working with Peter Obi and Atiku that has penned anything close to them as what this man has expressed for Ashiwaju?. None!, because, both of them are FAKES, PRETENDERS, HYPOCRITES, ETHNIC-CENTRIC and UNSTABLE LEADERS.
After God, na Tinubu 💪 God bless Nigeria
Tinubu is before god for you, sir. Wetin hunger no fit cause? snh
Moreze: A full fledge man,old enough to know what is good and bad is lien against a man,who he knows cannot even hurt a fly, just because he has been paid to do so.. when nemesis start coming to him and to his generation, then it will be late for him to seek the face of God...
Any man that cannot hurt a fly is a useless man. A man should atleast have the capacity to do harm and the restraint to hold himself in check. Fubara is a fool for thinking that being harmless is a virtue.
The system that gave fubara governorship is the same system that is removing him... he never won any election... they simply came with police and army and carted away ballot boxes to cook the results ... so good for him and his wicked benefactor
Anijay1212: Really? Mr governor please go and settle your political differences with your benefactor. No matter what you say sir my response will always be that you did not look before you leaped. You only leaped based on advice from "certain quarters". Your case is like that of a man who got riches from the "wicked one" after reaching an agreement only for him turn around and cry wolf after the "wicked one" has fulfilled his own side of the bargain. I have no pity for an adult that attempts to swallow a ball of strong eba that is bigger than his throat and when it got stuck in his throat now blames the person that made the eba. I am not a fan of Wike BUT agreement is agreement simple.
nwirinedu: I saw a video of a Chinese woman changing truck tyres, truck tyre. Hmm our Nigerian women cant even lift bonnet of vehicles. They find it easier to lift their legs at 40,000 feet that lift a hydraulic jack at ground zero.
Most Nigerian women especially the so called educated ones are lazy, how many drive trucks, buses, fix tiles, or do wood work? Very few.
Entitled and irresponsible , not all of them sha, but a majority.
Olosho and entitled beggers hate to hear hardwork associated with women. Women, Nigerian women, are human too!
Ever8090: Ok...hope him mother and sisters are hard working like the Chinese women Shaa...let me know the location of their shop so k can take phone there for repairs
Yes they are! Why did you feel personally triggered?
Kotima: Go an sit down @Abike. Your star is not other people's star. You are an unrepentant pessimist and never see good in other people's achievements.
malali: Nigerian should train unemployed graduates how to run and operate refineries. Send them abroad to the best refineries and let them study relevant courses Lets control the refinery market globally With expertise.
This short El Rufai has a very short memory sha....
"I remember El-Rufai was once invited to a hearing at the national assembly by a committee.. They asked him why he allocated plots of lands to his friends... El-Rufai responded by saying " When you get there, allocate plots to your enemies "
So, El Rufai: "WHEN YOU BECOME PRESIDENT, APPOINT YOUR ENEMIES"
I agree with you a 100%... The schools here are a lot more relaxed and do not inculcate the hardword that the reality of life requires to excel as a Nigerian. Here, children don't have any homework until senior secondary school so kids go just dey play and chill. My kids found every work super easy when we moved abroad and were literarily complaining that they are taught waht they already know.
But because they use age range to determine classes, the kids have to be in the class of their age bracket.
1Hover1: Those saying because it's cheaper don't realise that the driver for doing this is the high quality of education in Nigeria. I understand you might not have lived outside Nigeria, so I have no problem with your views.
Most schools abroad encourage mediocrity and non ambitious learning. Many Nigerians see this gap and decide that their own child will not join the bandwagon of mediocrity and so get a teacher from Nigeria who will help push the child better with a Nigerian driven curriculum.
Why do you think Nigerians top classes in UK schools for example?
