I personally know a girl who’s father is urhobo and mum originally Jamaican but grew up in the UK. The mum owned 2 houses in London that the girl inherited when she died few years ago. This girl tells me that her Jamaican Grandmother who has lived in the US for decades owns quite a few houses in New York and has included her in her Will. If she’s inheriting these properties and if she’s married to a Nigerian, wouldn’t she keep them for herself and children?
