Thanks boss thou I have bleeped up already cos I lied to the end user that the domain has been developed over the years with quality back link that could help his SEO where as it's an handreg and immediately he saw the message he reported me to google and Google in turn blocked my account .Had it been I saw this message on time, I wouldn't have lied to him.I really regretted my action but lesson learnt .

when you try to visit the domain in your browser it goes to an error page.. the words "in your browser" was missing from my comment, I assumed he was trying to visit the domain using a web browser.

if your servers are pointing to bodis already then you should know you that as long as you are in Nigeria you cannot view a domain pointing to bodis dns servers.

The utility bill in question carries my landlord's name, so it not possible for my name to be on it.

Expired domain: the domain has a history of past users, the domain has its age. Though invalid when it expires but history doesn’t expire.

Hand-reg/coined names: the domain doesn’t have a history, and it’s just got birthed from the first registration. This happens to be coined names. There are so many words mostly in the two words niche that have not been registered before.

Some handreg also have history too, this comes by inspiration anyway..

But at the end of the day it all depends on how it’s understood.

You have edge over that name since he has other extension. Hope it's not expiring soon.
A name pinched to someone and replying I don't have money due to covid, pricing for $200 and insisting bla bla bla was later sold 20k to same person. That day I learnt better lesson when I read how to negotiate and maintain some stands. Good luck.

That's why its necessary to go back in time to search for Keywords in ED people have coined and dropped.
