Please, this is vague to me. How will they know this? How will they know I already started negotiations? I mean, if I already started negotiation with a prospective buyer and we eventually settled at my BIN price, all the buyer then does is go to the landing page and click that BIN. This will still be the same with someone who just walked by on his own, saw the domain, and clicked BIN. Am I missing something?

No. I made a point NEVER to be the one to bring up anything concerning nationality (mine or buyer's). My Facebook profile shows my real identity. But if buyer asks, I will say the truth.

If you go through this thread you will see that the most important thing is the QUALITY of the domain name. The second most important thing is the interest of the buyer cos you may have a quality name, but all of your prospects may not see the same value in it.

Take care of the first, and nothing else will matter that much.

This counter offer of a thing, nearly ruined a sale for me, because I believe the buyer will still come back.

I received a $200 offer from inbound, landing page, after doing some outbound.

I countered with a higher price, he rejected even when. I countered with his $200 he even refused. All this happened in between an hour via my domain landing page.

I just shun him and resent the $200 again telling him that's the bottom line I can accept.

But no reply yet.

It may not be seen by those who knows the good ones; or that likes geo domains, if the domain is destined for you by Baba God. Mind you! If you have considered factors that makes good domains and see that it is a good one just reg it and try your best to sell it.

Those are top Nigerian players in the industry(I doubt any claim here will be true) . it takes another route to bypass DND, and even if it does deliver, the sender ID will default. Even google has issues delivering confirmation sms because the block is actually from our network providers.

However if your bulk sms is transactional and your volume is high enough, you could write to infobip and submit details of your company, they will in turn contact the network providers to unblock your sender ID. You'll be placed on that route. The cost is higher thou and not meant for reselling.

I thought as much. I used to pay double for DND with these two companies. They suddenly stopped. I know infobip but my volume isn't that big. Just occasional

Reminds me of a deal I closed last week (just $300 though), the realtor was asking so many funny questions about undeveloped, problem increased when I told her to ask her IT guys to verify the authenticity of the domain/undeveloped, IT guys say dem no know any undeveloped, LOL. It got to a point when I sent her the Legal Terms and Conditions of Undeveloped, I almost gave up on the deal but she paid on Friday, transfer in progress.

Honestly I am still a newbie learning everyday. After the buyer has paid, and while looking for end users for my other similar domains, I learnt from some forums that real estate brokers are very stingy when it comes to getting a proper domain name for their business.

I don't regard my sale as the norm. I believe it has some divine touch to it. I have reduced my similar names to below $1,000
