Oh boy, that's a 4L.com ooo. Liquid domain. I don't think he held it that long because of no buyer, he was probably waiting for the right one (probably an end user not a domain investor)

How can I do this please?

Traffic stats on my Google Analytics is higher than that reported on Undeveloped. What may be the reason?

to an ignorant online business owner. Like someone has said above, it
can be solved but with stress and trouble going back and forth with
Google to remove the penalty.

Checking domains for penalty can easily be done with paid tools. This
is why you see smart internet marketers selling filtered and researched
expired domain names toother internet marketers especially those who
use them for private blog networks (PBN).

Something had been worrying me.

I have seen FridayMonday.com outbounded to the owner of FridayMonday.net and completely ignored after reading the mail

I have seen givemeahand.com outbounded to the owner of give-me-a-hand.com and no action after opening mail several times

I have seen lagosmall.com outbounded to the Facebook page Lagos Mall @lagosmall. Owner has no website but posts about business with lots of pictures multiple times a day. They said they are not interested in a domain name for now.

And many similar experiences.

Have we heard about Google penalty? Let's be careful about the expired names we buy. One thing is sure, we do not know the reason the owners allow these names to expire.

I found out that the 3 examples I gave above, all the domains have been penalized by Google, and no longer indexed. (You can Google to read more about Google penalty and the effects of not indexing a site)

As we outbound, it may just be that our prospects know that some of these domains are leprous.

Take a final step before registering any domain. Check to see if it has been penalized. Only go for green status.

I think city is better. Most of these geo companies hardly operate statewide (there may be few niches exceptions where state level or country level geos may be good too).

But we have been advised to always check the quantity of endorsers before registering . so I believe the number of endorsers will determine if city or state for a particular keyword will be saleable.

Wow! I envy you. Many of us didn't start this good. You truly grasped the concept. The benefit of reading from PAGE 1 till END. Nothing beats that.

A little tip. Try and choose cities with population 100k and above. I am not saying you can't sell a city with 10k population, but the higher the population, the more the end users, and the higher the chances of selling.

I envy your beginning.

Payoneer has their Global Payment Service for receiving payments from COMPANIES based WITHIN US as ACH/Wire Transfer.

It's like having a USA bank account. I don't think you can use it to receive payment from an individual, unless maybe Payoneer to Payoneer account transfer.

I forgot to set my DNS to undeveloped so the domain was parked with NetworkSolutions.
I got a price enquiry email from Namesilo Marketplace. The buyer asked how much I am asking for the domain.
I still don't know how this happened.
I contacted the buyer through the email address namesilo marketplace provided me and I quoted $2,500
Two days later, they replied they will buy it for the price.
So, I Closed the deal through undeveloped.

Congrats once again. Does it mean we can now list names registered at other registrars in Namesilo marketplace?

Names aren't bad, but we should stay away from the word REALTOR. It's HEAVILY trademarked by the Realtors Association of America.

I think Ads is just an added advantage. It shows there are people paying to rank for that Keyword.

The important thing is to have enough end users on the search results.

Do not base your judgment entirely on online automatic appraisals. They can be misleading. A buyer will often be the one to determine the value he/she places on a name. A domain valued at $67 on godaddy may sell for $7000
