Am a theist(believer) but you would be very wrong if you are attributing dreams to religion. Though dreams can be manipulated by God as well as Satan even human being can manipulate their dreams (Am a practical example ). That atheist doesn't believe in any religion or God does not stop them from being a human therefore having the ability to dream.
