This nonsense is a a result of decades of corruption and looting of public funds. Everyone wanted to "eat" the national cake. Now look where we are. Giant of Africa indeed, with nothing to show for it.
when I first traveled out to see things, I realised that Nigeria was worse than a refuse dump, a shit hole. The whole of Nigeria, including Abuja isn't fit for humans, only animals. I saw how it took contractors only 6 months to complete the new ministry in Georgia. It was a very fantastic building, but took them just 6 months to complete it, including an overhead bridge. But in my home country, its different.
Amaechi has been building the Rivers monorail for 6yrs now, also the rainbow town has taken 5yrs and still counting. Fashola has been building the light rail for years with no signs of completion. Depleted roads everywhere, coupled with a power sector that generates leas than 1/10th what we need to sustain the entire country. Our best university ranks 1300 worldwide and still isn't fit to compete with those of the rest of the world.
Our leaders have failed us, Nigeria has failed the world. |

you're very stupid. very very very stup!d. snail progress when we're still stuck in the 18th century. you're the reason for the global warming. Applauding mediocrity will not take us no where. this is the same reason Ethiopia with their low GDP built a light rail in 4yrs, but that same light rail has taken us(with a huge GDP) 6yrs and is still in progress. Good luck in your delusion. dason4life: Retardinho Spotted! Where you expecting 21 million helicopters?
He added that despite the N52 billion being owed the state for the total number of federal roads fixed in the past, the state government since June 15, 2015, had rehabilitated 282 roads, “while 189 new roads have been listed for rehabilitation and construction work will soon commence.”
Nice one unlike some states waiting for Mannas from heaven! A bad workman is known for blaming his tools |

the O.P asked a simple question and all you're doing is boasting and raining insults. Be civil. There are ways to converse that makes people know you're educated and enlightened. Not hurling insults at his mother. If you're not that financially buoyant, why not start by donating 20m naira to a charity? you don't go assuming you can feed everyone you encounter on social media. with all the noise Davido makes, he's not even as rich as 15yr old Williow. Zinicc: I can feed you 9time/day, cloth you with cotton, silk and your dream kinda shoes, any kinds. Send you to your dream school in any part of the world...make your dreams come true.
If this your stvpiditý is because you need a job, then PM me and I shall surprise you and you shall come back here to share you testimony and denounce all the trash you've been posting.
But my HR staff would have to look at your certificate properly....trust me I have done it for someone from NL before and his now with me and a blessed man too.
So stop this your stvpidity and think about your worthless life... |

You're very correct. The ND esp PH needs to build a seaport that will function to "full" capacity. This is injustice and it must stop with immediate effect. We have fed this nation for too long and our lands have been depleted, it is only fair that we for once reap the benefits of our own harvest.
Amaechi is minister of transportation now, he has the power to that but will he?? |

I never knew you were this sensible. I thought all you did was hurl insults. thank God for your life. EUROBOMBER: @OP where is ya source?
Secondly, I suggest Igbos to reach out to elders and leaders of minority tribes around and table a clear agenda and manifesto before them to gain their support.
We can work towards a regional system of government between the five SE states and any other groups in the SS that are convinced to be part of the new country. I believe this ought to have been done before coming out with any maps. You don't just get up and draw maps in the UK and begin to publish online as Biafra. When did we make solid agreements with these guys around us?
Very importantly the name should not be Biafra. Something like Lower Niger Republic should do.
Please take away that map. |

ideally, the whole SE combined isn't as big ad the Op has stated. I see here that a lot of distortion has already be done in favour of the biafrans which won't be tolerated or condoned by the Nigerian Govt.
Biafra can seceed if they want, but not with an inch of Nigerian soil. They should know their geography. |

be civil Bigprozzie: This is what happens when immigrants transported by Ekene Dili Chukwu keep coming to a small state like Lagos.
They come penniless and end up living in horrible conditions like those shown on this thread.
It is time that these immigrants start ensuring that they develop their own villages, towns and cities so that it can become habitable.
To be fair, I dont think these immigrants care, they have it better living in squalor in Lekki than living in their horrible land across the east
