Please i need some good advise on my career directions. I just got a job in a private firm thats has subsidaries under it. the pay is 80k for a start. I am currently working in a micro finance bank where i am being paid 62k now but thats not what i started with. I started with 90k then i have my salary slashed down twice because of economy breakdown. Why i need advise is this, I got i first job after graduation in a restaurant owned by a private man, i had to leave because he want to switch to something else and obviously i will not be needed again. I got working this microfiance, which is also owned by a private man and his decisions lately is very bad on his staff then this private firm comes in now. I dont know whether to pick it up because its owned by a private individual or should i look for something better and public firm.

Hello nairaland citizens, i need some advice over what happen in my office. I caught a colleague of mine stealing but he does not know i caught him, so am of two opinion of exposing him or calling him to order. If i expose him to the management definitly they (mgt) sack him and he's a family man. He is stealing money thru our system. The first time he did this, i caught him and decide to see if he will draw out this money, i think he notice i knew, so he decided to use another means and i caught him again. What sholud i do?
