An evidence from his PO that he hasn't collected the package will be to his advantage. Oga, AliExpress doesn't accept court affidavit o but confirmation of none receipt of item from PO.

Thanks, i just left the post office now and same story of "package still in transit". Pls how do i go about the appeal cos i have modified my dispute and added other tracking site screenshot but am yet to get a reply from AliExpress...

Boss i need your expert advice, my order of march 1st refuse to arrive and i have just one day left before my extended BP ends. Package has been on transit for 111days but it is still showing 'dispatch to oversea NGLOS since 22nd of march 2020. I file for dispute today stating the above with picture evidence from track 24 and their order mail. This is the response i got from AliExpress as seen in the pics below, abeg what should i do next?
