Well you are not alone in this situation but the truth is whether you have a BSc or HND or even Msc, the whole world is tilting towards globalization and entrepreneurship. The labour market is hyper saturated and at a breakup point. Secondly the salary package for a BSc or HND holder can hardly survive a bachelor how much more a family ,man this is why many youth cannot afford marriage now. However, go for professional skill acquisition training with credible certification that has potential to make you your own boss. Skill is the future . This is exactly what i did as a BSc holder 5 yrs ago and it paid off handsomely. SKill in heavy machinery operation, drone pilot ,graphic design and many more....if you acquire this skills with global certification you become a hot cake in the global labour market.. All these have immediate money spinning and lucrative prospects within and abroad. Go get a skill that could make you your own boss... Dubious people are everywhere leaving fake lives especially ladies,whether she has spent the money of not is inconsequential . why would you concede to forfeit 30k? Take the following steps. 1. Approach a lawyer friend and secure the services without having to pay apart from logistics. 2. .Let the lawyer know what you want a (refund) . 3. The point is let the lady know that you are (a) involving her employers in the matter (b) you intent to publish the story with her image in a newspaper (its very cheap) (c) Collect her full names and evidence of payment and get her social media handles facebook,linkedin and instagram where you could also publish your story. If she has an official email account try and get it too. 4. Your lawyer are already involved. and Wait for her response and see her urgent. She will pay you immediately. I had an experience where a company refused to pay balance of the contract sum after completing job for them i had to write them anc copies my lawyer in the email. they paid immediately the following week without a reply. you need to be tough to do business in Nigeria. U.S health officials are turning to cell phones to help slow the spread of infections,as new corona virus cases explode nationwide. Thanks to technology available on Apple and Google phones, you can now get pop-up notifications in some states if you were close to someone who later tested positive for Covid-19. The alerts come via state health department apps that use Bluetooth technology to detect when you (or more precisely, your phone) has been in close contact with an infected person's phone. While these apps can't keep you safe -- they only let you know after you've been exposed -- they could prevent others from getting infected if you take precautions, such as self-quarantining, after receiving an alert. Millions of people are signing up, although these apps aren't yet available in many states. Health officials believe the alerts could be especially helpful in cases where an infected person has been in contact with strangers -- for example in a bus, train or checkout line -- who wouldn't otherwise know they were exposed. How the notifications work iPhones and Android devices contain constantly changing anonymous codes that ping nearby phones via Bluetooth -- a process that starts once the user opts to get the notifications. Dubai Drone Taxi, The Dubai Road and Transport Authorities announced that it will launch a commercial Drone Taxi service in the Summer of 2017. The "Remote Controlled, Single Seat, Electric Drones" can carry a passenger weighing up to 100Kg's within a 50 Km range. The Drones can fly for 30 minutes at a speed of 160 Km/Hour before the need to recharge again. The passenger selects his destination from a map on a touch-screen in front of the seat and the Drone flies there automatically whilst passenger "enjoys" the Dubai Skies. Chanchit:i weep for Africa! There is a wide gulf separating the young generations and the old.Secondly, fact is that man always interprete events from a physically point of view rather than relying on the REAL MAN(Spirit MAN) on the inside. Hence, we are quick to judge and condemn without recourse to meditation and revelation. As evidenced in the story before us.... To clarify what actually took took place with the boy,He had an celestial visitation (experience) maybe during his sleep or deep studies and he now tries to convey what he has experienced to the surface creatively and innocently but now he got punished.. A cusory look at the drawing shows both beauty and enigma...i call it a masterpiece of art. Rather,it would have been great to give this guy more pencils and papers, as there are more things that lies below,he could reveal to us what lies ahead or beneath the deep. We are very shallow minded and thinkers in this side of the planet..that's why we are more adept in destroying that creating.I bet you a professor in creative art will spend months to create what this genius of a boy have unveiled without a college certificate...I weep for AFRICA One thing we must understand is that at this age, adolescent are in a stage and process of constant change mentally,biologically and socially. At this stage,the boy may expereince the interactions of the unseen world and seen. This might take the form of dreams,visions and revelations. This kind of gifts breed inventors and innovators like Einstine and Faraday with deep thinking. At this stage the forces of Good and Evil are showcasing themselves to the young chap. What is needed is to harness and nurture his creative energy towards positive end to solve our Nepa problem with just an equation or a diagram. ..I weep for AFRICA Even at old age our mind still wander in between good and evil,sin and righteousness etc. Let's get a microscope into the mind of the stat scholl principal if he has no evil in his own heart.. Tragedy struck at Owode-Elede Ikorodu area of Lagos on Friday after a GUO bus conveying travellers from Enugu plunged into a lagoon. According to the spokesperson for the National Emergency Management Agency, South West zone, Ibrahim Farinloye, three people, including the driver have been recovered dead. He said 48 people have been rescued. He said although the accident occurred around 3am, search and rescue was ongoing as at 9am.
