Don't panic, it happens to me for over 12 years, it will take time to go, you don't even need drugs to take before it go just change your diet, anything from 3 to 4 pm stop eating any carbohydrates food to bed, drink hot water before bed and early morning and reduce your sugar intake, do excercise, what causes it is sugar and late hours feeding, indigestion.
