The hotel should be held responsible for her death. Cctv was faulty since January up till this July. Does it cost millions to repair cctv. They did not repair anything.

CCTV installation is not a must and asuch the hotel cannot be held responsible for her death. They did not commit any crime by not installing it in their facility.
