Pls does it help with ovulation...my wife is t ovulating...she used clomid once but it didn't work, maybe because she wasn't monitored also used pregnare conception and didn't ovulate....pls advise the best drug besides clomid

The herbs cleanse the uterus and prepare it for conception. Though some people said the herbs make them to ovulate well.
How did you know she's not ovulating? Has she checked her hormones?
Has she been tracking her cycle using Opk or doing follicular tracking?
Hormonal imbalance can cause anovulation.
She can give vitex a try. It regulates menstrual cycle, promotes regular ovulation, balances estrogen and progesterone, reduces high prolactin and lengthens short luteal phase.

Sir, please tell your wife to stop using clomid unless she is being monitored by a doctor. It does more harm than good.

No, the teas shouldn't be taken while on period. The teas can thin blood, cause heavy flow and even prolong period days. If trying to conceive in a cycle, the teas should be taken after menstruation till the beginning of fertile window. But if not trying, they can be taken throughout the cycle except during period.

Yes, if the fibroid is not located in the womb. Some mamas have even conceived with submucous fibroids. So, nothing is impossible in the sight of God.

Today makes it 9weeks and 4days after myomectomy. I decided to go check it out through scan on my own and the result is attached below. Pls, mamas and papas what do you suggest I do because I am not totally heal from my last surgery still feeling pains and this now. Please help me with what I can do now. Thanks for your responses.

From the scan result, it is obvious that the doctor didn't remove all the fibroids. If truly he did and there is already a new regrowth, it would not be up to 5cm within a short period of 9weeks post myomectomy.

Has anyone gotten pregnant or know of someone who got pregnant despite high prolactin levels?
This nurse be scaring me saying conception can not happen, and even if it does happen baby cannot be carried to term.
All other hormones are fine, just the prolactin is high. I see my period regularly, and the stretchy CM also.

High prolactin can hinder conception even if you're menstruating and ovulating. Maybe yours is not really high cos higher levels hinder ovulation. As other hormones are ok, try to treat the prolactin. Before taking any medication, you need to know the level of yours and the normal range. The level of your prolactin determines how long you can take the medication. And as you're taking the medication, there is need to watch and restest so as to know when it has reduced to normal to avoid going down drastically.
You can try any of these; Dostinex, Cabergonline, Vitex and B6. You can also use Ewedu and Cabbage as many have testified of their efficacies.
Whichever way you choose, I pray you achieve BFP faster than you expected. You may not even need to retest.

My wonderful mama triplets, I knew you would check on me that was why I came online �. The day of the procedure, the gynae wasn't around, we were asked to check back on Thursday. The main issue we had that made us go see a gynae, was sperm leakage after sex. Everything flows out , not semen o, like people say, as in all the sperm will just be on the bed no matter the style. And our gynae was telling us it's not sperm but semen, that we cannot see sperm .And even after raising leg for 1 hour, as soon as I get up, the remaining one inside, flows out and it continues like that even if I sneeze. My gynae prescribed some antibiotics for us which we took during my period and then I took aidan, uziza seed and uda also, during my period and stopped. Then we baby danced on the day I was meant to go for the procedure and no single sperm came out, infact, we were surprised, then we tried again, same thing. It was a miracle o. We now decided to see how this week goes, if it remains that way, then we will back it up with prayers since I don't have issues with ovulation and it's my ovulation period. We go back next month if nothing happens, but we pray for a miracle. Thank you so much for being there. I'll keep praying for you. God bless you and all TTC mum. Mamas please pray for me for a bfp, this month makes it 8 years of ttc with failed ivf

Good evening Mama's, I'm 5 days late, took pregnancy test this morning with pt strip and it was negative. The day my period was to start, I had abdominal pain for 5mins, could not move, just laid on the bed. I've been feeling on and off slight cramps like my period is about to start yet nothing. Sometimes I feel wet down there but when I check, it's just cm. What could be wrong please?

Just relax your mind and wait it out. For now, don't stress yourself, avoid lifting heavy things and don't take any medication. Retest in a few days time if you didn't see your period.

Hello mamas

Please i need some guidance. I had always had a very regular circle and flow since i started menstruating, i have also had two babies with no issues or complication. We recently started TTC for our third in January and all of a sudden my period didnt show up in February. On the day it was supposed to start i only saw blood when i wiped for just one day, there was no flow, not even a drop. Pregnancy test was negative too. I wasnt too bothered, i also tracked my ovulation that month and i got very strong positives mid circle. After TWW of that circle, PT was negative as well however my flow still did not come. It repeated the same thing as february with only blood stain when i wiped and only for one day.

Ater this 2nd cycle, i went to see my Doctor and she prescribed Primolut N. After taking the Primolut i still did not bleed. It was just the same blood stain after wiping. No recent weight gain/ loss, i dont think i am stressed and my hormone tests are fine.

I am really clueless as to what is going on or what to do. I just want my flow back or atleast get some assurance that even without the flow, ovulation is still happening.

Has anyone had their periods stop suddenly? how were you able to get it back? I know positive OPK doesnt confirm ovulation actually happened, how do i really confirm if i am ovulating? my Doctor wants me to keep trying for another 3 months before any intervention but I dont want to go on a TTC journey when i am infact not ovulating. Please help recommend how i can get my periods back or how to confirm if i am actually ovulating

It is well ma'am.

In addition to what the other mama said,
for your period, try dong quai and vitex. Both of them will not only bring back your period, but will also normalize and regularize it. Vitex also balances hormones and promotes regular ovulation.

To confirm ovulation, track with Opk and Basal body temperature thermometer. The Opk helps to pinpoint the exact time within your fertile window when you're likely to ovulate but it doesn't confirm if ovulation actually happened. Use BBT thermometer to confirm if ovulation actually happened. Your BBT spikes shortly after ovulation indicating that ovulation actually occurred. Progesterone level rises after ovulation and that is what causes the BBT to spike.

You can also confirm ovulation by follicular tracking or going for progesterone test few days after ovulation.
