The Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) as said is an information Communications Technology (ICT) project initiated by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll administration for its Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs). The system will enable the end to end management of all staff personnel and payroll management system and performs all gross-to-net calculations, including computation of the tax deductions, union dues, PFA etc. my question is: CAN SHE HANDLE THE PAYROLL OF THE POLICE, MILITARY AND PARA MILITARY AND IF YES WHY ARE THEY REPORTED TO BE THE CAUSE OF DELAYED FEDERAL WORKERS SALARY AMONG OTHER ISSUES. IN THE CASE OF THE POLICE A CLOSE SOURCE SAID HIS BROTHER HAS NOT BEEN PAID SINCE AUGUST 2017 UPON SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION AND CORRECTION BY THE ERROR BY IPPIS ACCORDING TO THEM, YET HE IS YET TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENTS. WONT THE RESULTANT EFFECT BE BAD ESPECIALLY IN TIMES LIKE THIS WHEN THE POLICE AND THE REST ARE BATTLING WITH GROWING INSECURITY IN THE COUNTRY. HOW ARE THE IPPIS OFFICERS SUPERVISED, MONITORED AND CONTROLLED TO EFFECTIVELY CARRY OUT THIS TASK.

MY ADVICE: you already have a business that can take you to the next level in your educational pursuit. Try to finish up, establish as you can then you can think of traveling. A good friend will always be there for you anytime. If her call for help is genuine, it can be ignited at any time. when you have your degree or HND before traveling, its always not as hard as when you do not have. I like your struggling attitude that means in future you can take yourself there may be for business if you want. As a friend she can be sending stuff for you here to aid you grow in your business depending on the country she is. If you decide to travel and succeed, before you struggle and balance to enroll for school, your age will remind you of marriage and when you do I-DO your further education is put at the mercy of your marriage. You cant just be thrown out like that esp. in a state like lagos.... the notice starts to count at the expiration of your payment period and not what they are saying. while in court save money and leave. get the details of their writs..summons or whatever n verify at the court they may not be real or if real defective.....you can also try to get the advice of a lawyer and do not panic. this is trulife advice

I guess this is not far from the truth. this should be viewed as the remote cause of Police bribery and other acts. They appear to be far below their counterparts. too too poor especially for the lower ranks where two or three combined ranks can not make up to the pay of a senior officer.
