OP, Fayose didn't jail the Herdsman, rather it was the law of Ekiti State that jailed him because he breached the law. Stop attaching sentiment on this, Fulanis are not above the law. In Kano state, Hisba police have jailed many non indigenes of Kano and destroyed people's business because they go against the law of Kano state, nobody attached sentiment to it.
