The All Progressives Congress (APC) has criticized President Goodluck Jonathan's birthday. The Party claims that there is no need for celebrating at this time because it is too close to election period. I bought at N169/$1 on thursday last week. The price will still rise, since CBN stopped issuing Dollar in Western Union and Money Gram, the price of dollar increase immediately. |
