Imagine you employ two 25-year-olds, a man and a woman, in a tech firm, both earning ₦1 million monthly.

Chances are that the woman may see the job as a major achievement. She earns well, enjoys a comfortable lifestyle compared to some of her peers earning ₦200k, and looks forward to bonuses, salary increments and career growth. She may be perfectly happy building a long-term career with the company.

Now, consider the young man. He may initially be excited about the job, but after a few months, he starts looking at his boss and imagining himself in that position. His boss may have spent 20 years building the business, but he wants to achieve the same level of success in two years.

Instead of learning the business, developing his skills and patiently building his own future, he may begin looking for shortcuts. In the worst-case scenario, this could mean defrauding his employer, stealing trade secrets or using the company's business model to establish a competing venture.

Of course, this does not apply to every man or woman. There are ambitious women and loyal men, just as there are dishonest people of both sexes.

I think the point Blord is making is about the different attitudes some employees may have towards money, success and patience, and how those attitudes can create fraud risks for a business owner.

The real issue is that some people don't just want a good job; they want the owner's position and wealth, but without putting in the years of work it took to build them.

And for any business owner, that is something worth thinking about.

The fact that he had not been charged with anything up to now is a pointer that therevis no evidence against him

This is the plan.

1. Finland is currently trying Ekpa for promoting terrorism while on Finnish soil

2. Ekpa will be convicted eventually because there's ample evidence of his crimes online

3. Finland will then use his conviction as a pretext to strip him of Finnish citizenship, leaving him with only Nigerian citizenship

4. Ekpa will then be deported to Nigeria. Nigerian government will use him as an example to warn other Nigerians living abroad who foster chaos in Nigeria whilst thinking they are untouchable due to possession of dual nationality. Ekpa hasn't renounced Nigerian citizenship so he's under the jurisdiction of Nigeria.
