NO ! Our parents are not ignorant. Bad word to use to describe parents who went through thick and thin, deprived themselves to raise us.

We will also be parents someday and i'm sure no one wants their own kids to describe them as ignorant,as the world keeps evolving. Those of you who think you know it all, imagine 40 years down the road when you will be old and your children who have newer ideas would use same ignorant verbiage on you. Be careful !

Our parents give advice within the ambit of what they know. They mean no harm but are not perfect. Mistakes will be made but most of them give advice from a place of love.

In Nigeria, we place all emphasis on material wealth. And if one's parents are not wealthy,then they are automatically ignorant.

Do you think Dangeote or other billionaire parents would be described as ignorant by their kids I think not..

How do you self isolate in a 1 room face-me-i-face you with a wife and 4 kids With no electricity nor food.
