Cases in court are won on evidence not on emotional rambling. Nigerian govt issued him passport with proof of age which you submit when applying for passport. Unless Nigerian govt comes back and says otherwise then this case is DOA.

Not quite true. It's not the job of the UK to determine the legality of another sovereign country's passport data. As long as Nigeria says the passport is genuine, then the data on the passport is valid.
