PoliticsUK Forensics Expert Petitions Florida Over Wike’s Illegal Properties by truthera(op):
The petition involves Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzette Nyesom-Wike, and their three children: Jordan, Joaquin, and Jazmyne Nyesom-Wike.

Henry Omorere, a digital forensics investigator from Teesside University in the United Kingdom, has formally petitioned the Florida Attorney General for information and updates on alleged money laundering, public corruption, and other violations.

The petition involves Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzette Nyesom-Wike, and their three children: Jordan, Joaquin, and Jazmyne Nyesom-Wike.

In a letter dated September 21, 2025, addressed to Hon. James Uthmeier, with copies sent to the Florida Supreme Court and the Director of the Public Information Office, Omorere described the matter as one of “significant public interest and potential serious criminal violations” that has been widely reported by reputable media outlets, including SaharaReporters, BusinessDay, and Peoples Gazette, as well as public statements from Nigerian activist Omoyele Sowore.

According to the letter, Wike, a Nigerian public official earning approximately $5,000 annually, allegedly used his wife and children to acquire millions of dollars’ worth of real estate in Winter Springs, Florida.

Omorere detailed three properties reportedly involved: a $2 million mansion at 113 Spring Creek Lane purchased in March 2025, 209 Hertherwood Court purchased in July 2021 for $459,157 and transferred to his son, Joaquin, and 208 Hertherwood Court purchased in September 2023 for $465,000 and transferred to his daughter, Jazmyne.

Omorere alleged that these acquisitions were structured through opaque all-cash transactions and quitclaim deeds executed by Mrs. Nyesom-Wike, deliberately omitting Wike’s name to evade scrutiny.

The petition requested written confirmation that the Florida Attorney General’s office had received a formal communication from Sowore regarding Wike in late September 2025.

“The reports indicate that these acquisitions were structured through opaque all-cash transactions and quitclaim deeds executed by Mrs. Nyesom-Wike, deliberately omitting Mr. Wike’s name from the paperwork to evade scrutiny and violate Nigerian asset disclosure laws,” the petition said.

“This pattern of behavior is alleged to constitute first-degree felonies under Florida law and violations of the U.S. Money Laundering Control Act.”

“Mr. Sowore has publicly confirmed that on or around September 20, 2025, he formally petitioned your office to notify it of these alleged crimes,” it added.

It also called for a detailed update on the status of any investigations, including the date the matter was brought to the office, any preliminary steps such as subpoenas or financial analysis, and whether the case is under active investigation, referred to another agency, or closed.

Omorere further requested information about intermediaries involved in the alleged transactions, including law firms, closing attorneys, banks, real estate agents, and any corporate entities such as shell companies or LLCs that may have facilitated the property purchases.

He said, “Therefore, pursuant to Florida’s Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes) and your office’s commitment to government transparency, I respectfully request the following information: Confirmation of Receipt: Written confirmation that your office received a formal petition or communication from Mr. Omoyele Sowore regarding Nyesom Wike in or around late September 2025.

“Investigation Status Update: A disclosure of the current status of any review or investigation initiated by your office into these allegations. This includes: The exact date the matter was brought to your attention; a summary of any preliminary investigative steps already taken (e.g., subpoenas for records, inquiries to county property appraisers, analysis of financial transactions); a statement on whether the matter is under active investigation, has been referred to another agency (such as the FBI or IRS Criminal Investigation), or has been closed.”

He continued, “Identification of Intermediaries: Given the complexity of cross-border money laundering, such schemes invariably involve intermediaries.

“To fully understand the mechanism of these alleged crimes, I request any information your office can share regarding the identities of the U.S.-based entities that facilitated these transactions, including but not limited to: Law Firms & Closing Attorneys: The names of any law firms or real estate attorneys that handled the closing proceedings and title transfers for the aforementioned properties.

“Financial Institutions: The names of any banks or financial institutions through which the funds were wired or held, if the transactions were not entirely physical cash.

“Real Estate Agents & Brokers: The names of the property consultants, real estate agents, or brokerage firms that listed the properties and facilitated the sales.

“Corporate Entities: The names of any shell companies or LLCs that may have been used as vehicles for these purchases.”

Highlighting the broader significance, Omorere noted the precedent for U.S.-Nigeria collaboration in recovering stolen assets, referencing the recent return of $52.88 million to Nigeria.

He wrote, “This case presents another critical opportunity to uphold the principles of justice and demonstrate that the U.S. financial system is not a safe haven for the proceeds of foreign corruption.”

Omorere signed the letter as “a concerned global citizen and an advocate for transparency and the rule of law,” emphasising the public interest in the alleged case and the importance of accountability.

PoliticsA Government Of Corruption, Tinubu Deceiving Nigerians by truthera(op):
If anyone has any doubt regarding the deep level of decay in Nigeria, you only need to look at the dubious characters of the president in the name of Tinubu and his anointed minister Nyesome Wike. Check Nairaland front page, you will find the disturbing thread titled "International Thief, Wike Has 3 Houses In US - Sowore To Florida Attorney-Gen (Pix), opening the thread, clear evidence was presented indicting Tinubu's "anointed" minister and for some strange reasons in the same thread many stupid Nigerians who should be demanding for accountability, calling for Wike's arrest are busy attacking the poster (Sowore). There is indeed no doubt that Nigerians are a special breed of humans living in a dysfunctional failed country. In a sane serious country, the news should've been a national emergency, Wike should've been detained today over these revelations but sadly, nothing will happen. Tomorrow, Wike will stand in the pulpit of his church to brag and the same foolish Nigerians attacking Sowore will gladly clap for him for stealing their common wealth. It is clear that indeed many Nigerians are their own problem. The foundation of Nigeria's problem is Nigerians inability to demand good governance from their evil leaders. It is a shame.

PoliticsRe: The Only Reasonable Way To Stop Tinubu In 2027 by truthera(op):
Nigeria is indeed a backward country because of people like you who support criminal politicians. In a country with strong institutions, Tinubu should've been jailed for fraud, forgery and perjury. The evidence is indeed overwhelming not just to disqualify him from participating in any future elections but also jailing him. It will be a big shame to Nigeria if Tinubu is allowed to participate and win again in 2027.

Tinubu should've been disqualified from day one. Nigerians have another opportunity to rewrite the injustice done to them by pushing for his disqualification now.

PoliticsThe Only Reasonable Way To Stop Tinubu In 2027 by truthera(op):
For those who are yet to come to terms with reality thinking that they can vote out Tinubu in 2027, I can comfortably say that it will be a futile exercise. It is saddening that many Nigerians will wake up to a rude shock over another massive victory for the APC over 2027 presidential election. Tinubu and his party can not be stopped through voting as long as he controls the INEC and judiciary. If Nigerians are serious about ending the bad government, Tinubu must be disqualified from participating in the next election. Nigerians must push for this using the criminal cases of forged documents (perjury), US drug related case and other crimes that were revealed during the last election to force the national assembly and INEC to disqualify him. Allowing Tinubu to contest the next election only guarantees a massvie victory for the APC. Nigerians hoping to vote him out are only wasting their time.

You are correct as the situation may only get worse if Nigerians allow it. Telling Nigerians to embrace the NIN program over insecurity, the forceful linking of NIN to their sim cards and other services was only a smokescreen for the government to advance it's evil agenda of stifling free speech and silencing opposition. Seem the plan is now to link it to social media. Here is a link to a thread about this https://www.nairaland.com/8205892/nin-national-identity-number-evil

This has nothing to do with misinformation. It is about opposition gagging. Social media was a mighty tool that carried the obidient movement in the last elections. ApC has since made sure a crackdown on social media commenced since after the elections. First thing they did was to track PIDOM Nigeria who was leaking critical information from government offices.

With this new proposal, once you criticise the government, they just look up your biodata and resume a manhunt for you. People will start missing by the hour

Before you jump in to conclusion, did you open the images mentioned by Kanu on Gettyimages.com and compare to see that he was not lying about the discrepancies. I just noticed that one of the images he mentioned that use to be available showing the real Buhari has mysteriously been removed from Gettyimages. Try to open image 903706668 using this limk https://www.gettyimages.com/search/2/image?family=editorial&phrase=903706668 seem those that have something to hide have asked Getty images to remove the image. Anyway Kanu shared another image of real Buhari, here is the link of the image on Getty images https://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/nigerian-president-muhammadu-buhari-speaks-after-british-news-photo/530950392

Compare all images he mentioned with an open mind. I am not saying that it is confirmation of Nnamdi Kanu's final conclusion as regards Buhari not alive back then but there seem to be a different Buhari in the images when compared.

I was moved to make this post after reading about the fake space asteroid news that was released some days, purportedly stating that asteroids will hit earth soon. For those who are still naive, what we call "space agencies/organizations" are nothing but cash machines for politicians and billionaires, including Nigeria's National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA). The short video above exposes some of the ways manipulative green screen 3D technology are used by some of these space agencies to deceive the gullible that space and the ISS (International Space Station) is real when in fact it is only a 3D animation with actors (astronauts) pretending to be in space. There is nothing like outer space or asteroids, it is all fake. If you are still doubt, do your own research as there are many who have done so and made their findings public on several websites.

PoliticsRe: "Yoruba Will Never Be Enslaved To Politics Of APC"—Mr Macaroni by truthera:
I can't believe that you wrote this long epistle over nothing..... Are you okay? How is killing people through the bad economy a liberalization policy and initiative?

WizardOfNG:
He is not as Yoruba as he thinks he is. If he is he'd broadly understand that the Yoruba intelligentsia class broadly support Tinubu because of his liberalisation policies and initiatives.

That is because Tinubu's policies and initiaitives aim to allow all regions to be what they can be, commensurate to their endowment and effort, without impediment from.'One Nigeria' lunacy and policies.

This mode of developmwnt has been needed for more than 50 years now and would have seen Nigeria develop considerably had any brave and resolute President before Tinubu had the balls to do what PBAT is now doing.

Yorubas are not called progressive and sophisticated for nothing. We see what awaits after the policies and initiatives of Tinubu gains traction and success so we cannot therefore complain about food alone, as illiterates would, to then allow Atiku or Obi to win when that will take us back to 'one Nigeria' prison and regression.

No region will smell development commission, tax reforms, MREIF low interest mortgage scheme to allow more Nigerians own homes, State policing, Forest gaurds etc under Atiku whereas no one even knows what the chameleonic liar Obi will do or not do.

I don't mind making sacrifice over temporaily high inflation when I know the SW will conquently go on to achieve optimal security under Tinubus policy drives like Forest gaurds and regional/state policing ad we saw same Tinubu achieve with RRS be single-handedy turned into a Lagos State police force.

I can tolerate comparatively higher fuel cost when I know by Tinubu's second term, the SW development commission Tinubu created and funded would have gone a long way to assisting the region achieve considerable integrated progress and development.

As a specific example adequate and integrated regional transport scheme will make SW Nigerians disinterested in cost of petrol as obtains in the UK where petrol price is one of the highest worldwide yet transport options exist that means people don't need to own/use cars and therefore do not care about petrol.

There is so much for those who are intelligent, visionary and exposed to be excited about, in regards to the future, they can then willingly make the sacrifice to attain that future as Tinubu wants to deliver it.

Yorubas get it and I think South South and North central do also. While the other region never will because of hatred of others in the case of one and feeding bottle taken away in the case of the other.
PoliticsRe: Why Nigerians Should Forget About 2027 Election by truthera(op):
I still maintain that the only way out is for Nigerians to push for a constitutional amendment that will restructure the country's political landscape to decentralize power. Let's assume Tinubu is miraculously defeated in 2027 and the opposition coalition wins, how does this solve Nigeria's foundational problems of North vs South sentimental politics? Since 1999 till now, has there ever been a time we choose candidates at the national levels without the north/south regional bias we call power rotation. Can Nigeria truly develop with this type of warped divisive political arrangement? A system where once a person from your region does 8 years then you can't contest and win at the national level just because you're from that person's region. How is this a democracy? We are only pretending as the current system is bound to fail until we tell ourselves the truth which is the main tribes (Hausa/Fulani, Igbo, Yoruba) can't accept themselves as one.

PoliticsRe: Why Nigerians Should Forget About 2027 Election by truthera(op): 4:21pm On May 29, 2025
While PDP lost in 2015 because Jonathan allowed it due to his democratic principles, Tinubu won't allow it because of his undemocratic corrupt self entitlement principles. APC can't be beaten without a truly independent INEC and a fearless incorruptible judiciary which is an almost impossible scenario so there is no need sugarcoating or massaging the wishful notion that APC can be voted out in 2027. Nigerians will be better off pushing for restructuring of the country's political landscape to empower regions/states. Except Tinubu is disqualified as a candidate before the election, there is no way he will contest and loss his reelection bid...

nairalanda1:
People IN OPPOSITION were saying this back in 2014. Same old story, we have bad elections, INEC is compromised by PDP, etc etc...and at the end, PDP Lost.

In 2023, more people voted against APC than for APC. It is because the oppositon was divided into conflicting groups, that we ended up with tinubu in power.

The truth is, APC can be beaten in 2027, if certain people put aside their greed and work together. But no, they won't and that is how APC wins.

As for Nigeria being bad since 1999, Nigeria was bad before 1999. That is what you get for running a resource dependent economy.
PoliticsRe: Why Nigerians Should Forget About 2027 Election by truthera(op):
Restructuring Nigeria to devolve powers to the regions/states won't be given to Nigerians easily.... They will need to push for it. It will be a struggle that will benefit everyone eventually and unlock Nigeria's industrial revolution. I don't know why many Nigerians can't see this but choose to keep trying to make their votes count in the current flawed system, voting every 4 years and expecting a different result.

9japride:

Yea I understand the system is flawed. But presently it will be difficult to rig the majority out.
The best solution is for each region to manage themselves. The UK have independent countries and they are all developing according to their own pace.
The British knows what's best for the country but they wouldn't allow it because it will disrupt their the benefits they are getting.
