I apologize for resubmitting my question not knowing you have responded. I will sure search for the mechanical drawing and send to you: yes we will use Nigerian made pipes and copper for hot water. So what should o expect on average cost of piping.

. Plumbing is two part...piping and fittings installation assuming you have the required toilet/bathroom, kitchen fittings to be installed. It will cost you about #100-#150k to buy the plumbing materials and workmanship to pay plumber for the works.

Thanks for the response you gave here. Please I have similar question but ours is 5 bedroom duplex ( ensuit). Considering present cost of materials, what's the rough estimate of material and Reasonable amount for labour to do plumbing of the place (piping); i understand size of building and other factors come into play. Assuming it's just 5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room. I will appreciate your response pls.

The conventional burglary normally has 4 hangers than goes into the wall. They can however be removed with a tap of hammer. The embedded burglary that has 16mm iron rod covered with white pipe however shoots out up and below which goes into the block below and also rests under the lintel. They become very firm once patched and plastered by your Mason. Either way, they both serve their purposes but the embedded is more stronger and aesthetic

However, I have a concern and need your candid response knowing that either ways you
will still do the job for me. How strong is this burglary embedded casement as compare to traditional one without burglary. In other words ( iron burglary constructed by welders as against this Aluminium own type).

Sorry I don't have an idea of the prices.
Meanwhile I need you and others here with vast experience to recommend any reputable person that can do a satellite cables installation on a duplex in PH. My sisters house is about to be plastered and she want an experienced installer that will run the cables for KU band kinda dish to the rooms, living room etc. Abeg I will appreciate any good person.
