Kunle,so,after two years and counting,this is what you are coming up with. what if the fund was a bank loan or a customer funds and the person decided to do his worst to me. your silence all these while,and now that you are being forced out by this thread,this is what you have to say? i really don't know what you want me or anyone to make out from the mails you presented as what happened to my fund nor how it will translate to money in my account or the time value of the fund for the past two years and counting. i remember how many times i tried getting you to tell me what happened to the 9m then. all to no avail. in early 2016 or thereabout,my wife(whom,i told you has the GX470 as her birthday gift) even had to call to talk to you on ways of you making a repayment plan. NOTHING came out of it as you NEVER acted on your word you gave her.

in one of your mails,i asked how much of my funds you had,you said $25k which,was more than enough to make FULL payment for the said 2010 bmw 750LI and make deposit for the GX470. you said you gave your friend a draft of $16,100 for the bmw. what then happened to the balance as you NEVER deposited for the GX470 nor refunded it back to me. Rather,you continued your business as usual. You just confirmed how wicked you are.

i want to say a big thank you for the concern shown since i opened this thread. i am indeed touched that there still exist people who can stick closer than a brother. my silence was due to being under the weather and thank God,am getting better.
No individual who is free and honest,will see a tread of accusation of fraud or termed a scammer to a tune of 10 kobo,will not drop what ever he/she is doing and clear his/her name from such accusation. let alone, a 9million frand accusation. 72hrs and counting,NOTHING to defend or clear yourself. i wonder which innocent dog is being called a bad name so as to be hanged

If you pay money in bits while the car is in an auction process, there is a little chance that the vehicle will not be able to be purchased hence the OP saw the car being relisted and as such, you lose some of the deposit. That coupled with the inability to get full payment to bid must have caused a deep cut into his expetations and therefore has been unable to fulfill his part of the deal. Since it was not your first business together. you should have found a way to tell him that he send the lexus first instead of losing the whole package

I was about to step out the door when your mail came in and i want to shoot you a quick response.

There is no hidden agenda here. Anytime you bid on Copart and did not follow thru, there is a fine of 10% of bid amount or $500 (which ever is greater)

This is possibly working the way i wanted it. Because the guy did not go in and pay on time, Copart already charged me $1,610 which is the 10% of our bid. See attached.

At this point, the seller did not accept the last bid from last week which is why the vehicle is back on the auction.

What i am doing now is negotiating with auction to honor the initial bid so that the fine can be waived. Otherwise, the fine will be added on to of the new bid, treating it as 2 separate transactions.

We are on track. There is no point of losing $1,610 for no reason.

On another note, when i got a message that we are shooting for ML350 and ML500 after we have decided on the GX, i actually cancelled the inspection i had planned for the GX (We did a similar thing on the Avalon). My impression is that you are abandoning the GX altogether and did not follow up with the vehicle. We discussed on 2 vehicles and you were changing again to 3.

As its stands today, all will be resolved and we we get to where we are going. As much as i will like to say no worries or relax, i know who i am speaking with. Relax does not occur in anything you do.

Let me keep on with what i am doing. Ordinarily, i would have been doing that anyways and get back to you when done but your email brought my spirit down a little. I must confess

there transfer in two parts was as a result of him not meeting up with an initial deal where i had transferred 7m out of 9.5mto him for a 2010 RRS(if only you can remember me calling you sometime ago in ask which yr model was best to have and you recommended a 2006 which is what you are using and i told you i was expecting a 2010 model) i then asked for my refund and what he was able to come up with was a 2m transfer to my account. i then had to make another vehicle choice which,were the BMW and GX470. Since he had my 5m,i just made the 4m to complete what he asked for,to get the vehicles to Lagos.
5m,was more than enough to pay for a $17k vehicle with some balance left

Just like every visitor and prospective vehicle buyer,who seeks to find a trustworthy and deligient dealer who,knows his onions in the business of not only buying vehicles for clients,also,will be able to give one or two advice to guide the client to making a good choice. I came across Mr Kunle Ayanjoke in 2012 who,is the personality behind USAutobuy
After series of correspondence,we decided to meet one on one in Mr Biggs at Ojodu berger. I actually live 345km outside Lagos State,we met and was impressed with his knowledge about vehicles and thus,struck our first deal after concluding on the total figure and modality of the transaction.
I returned back home and made good my end of the deal which was the transfer of the monetary aspect for my first vehicle while i awaited his own part in line with our agreed T & C.
He kept his own part of the arrangement and this again,lead to a total of 4 cars and some vehicle parts within 18months. Usually,i will transfer funds to his local account for a vehicle and after further discussion and jis input,there is sometimes a change of vehicle choice and change in initial cost. So,i sometimes have balance to either pay or receive.
The present issue.leading to this thread,started around the last quarter of 2015 when i was to get three vehicles with a total of 12m(a 2010 BMW 750LI from COPAT, and a 2008 GX470). Pls,note that he knows his onions in getting the required vehicle with the price of the client with good carfax history.
I made a total transfer of 9million Naira in two installment of 5m and 4m from the 12m(this was acknowledged). The BMW,according to him,we won at a total $17,345 and according to him,he made payment of $17k and the car was to be transported to Cali from Florida. To my utmost surprise,the same car,was relisted for auction again and when i got tru to him,he said he gave a trusted friend a cheque of $17k and did no follow up. All efforts to have him tell me what actually happened to my funds, and have him refund me,went into the air. All he said was that i should “Just pray for him”. I have tried to search for him in this forum during that priond,but he went underground before last week when i saw he has resurfaced.
I have proof of our chat and emails to verify my claims and i wait for him to counter. If he has the guts to.when i couldnt reach him,i contacted his wife who was willing to assist. I went as far as trying to see the wife in Ibadan and on arrival,i called the wife to fix a meeting point and the next thing i got ,was a call from him saying he has instructed the wife NOT to make the appointment.
from 7/10/2015 when i cancelled the deal and asked for my refund,he hasn't deemed it fit to get across to me as to the modality of refunding.
