I de tell u, these guys can't even see the effects of it, nothing has changed (execpt fee new buildings )ever since the white builders left the city, the city has bc very dirty ,unplanned and chaotic. Abuja and Eco Atlantic are both built from scratch and u could see why development spreads across all areas, Abuja cbd,wuse,Maitama,Asokoro, GWARIMPA,Garki,Apo,Jabi,Utako.... Are all developed and could competes with many capitals in Africa.

Even the so called Nairobi, Only has the very tiny parts of the cbd developed with countless slums around it.
In lagos we have the islands and many areas of the mainland developed. Same goes to many States in Nigeria
