Let me update your operating system.
Innoson borrowed money from GTB. They charged him an interest of 22%. He replayed all the debts but they continued making illegal deductions from his account.
He confronts them and they agreed to call an external auditor to audit his account.
Upon agreeing on a particular auditing firm, the firm found out that he was charged an excess of over 2 billion.
GTB refused and asked their own auditor to audit his account.
They did and found out that he was charged an excess of over 500k.
Innoson agrees to that for the sake of peace but said that it should be repayed with the same 22% interest with which he was granted the loan in the first place.
GTB refused and said they would pay 7%
The case went to court high and appeal and he won the case with both courts saying that he should be paid over 5 billion as compensation.
GTB says if they pay that amount they would go bankrupt.
The case is currently in the Supreme Court.

If Buhari did not propose it at the NEC, Governors would have nothing to vote on.
But Buhari and the Governors ALL AGREED toallocate this money to Boko haram.

What then is the interest of these 30 Governors (most of whom are PDP and APC, from the East West and South/South) who voted to share this Money?
The ONLY INTEREST they have is there will be more money to LOOT!
And who suffers? Common Nigerians who cannot have good roads, good hospital, even common to print End of term School report, some Schools just write result on a "Piece of Paper" and hand it over to a student to take home!

The problem is not just the Governors, though the are also looters.
But a "leader" must be able to say "No", when he sees that what is being demanded is wrong!
The Governors have seen that Buhari is also not sincere so, they want to also help him to just destroy everything, as long as the also share in the spoils and have something to steal.

At the end of the day, it is ordinary citizens that will bear the consequence, especially citizens in Southern Nigeria whose previous two leaders (OBJ and Jonathan), developed the North even more than they developed the South!

I am sure that if Buhari was seen to be a 'fair and just' leader, the clamour to share-share would be so difficult to push to the table.
