There are as much articles for how a man can make his woman happy. Unless you have not been reading a lot. The article should not be a battle of who is doing what, you don't have to do all that has been listed,do the little that you can and see how your marital life will improve.

To be frank, it would take you guys a lot of time to settle into the language and culture of Russia.And if it is for economic reasons unless you have a good offer waiting for you then it might be a bit difficult to get a reasonable means of livelihood. I am not trying to discourage you,it is what my friend over there is facing and he is hoping to move to where you are about leaving. You can also do your research and find out from people you know that have stayed in Russia. Don't put your eggs in one basket is the message I am trying to pass across. If you don't have concrete reasons to leave US please don't.
