Politics › Re: In 2027, Igbo Man Will Clinches The Nigeria Presidency Despite All Odds by Ttalk: 7:21pm On Aug 13, 2025
ch214:
In 2027, Igbo Man Will Clinches The Nigeria Presidency Despite All Odds. " The Tide Has Turned"

This is not fiction. This is not hope. This is a storm that has begun to sweep across Nigeria — bold, unshaken, and unstoppable.

After decades of political exclusion, strategic manipulation, and systematic sabotage, the long-awaited dream of Nigeria’s Southeast has finally risen above the noise — an Igbo man is set to become Nigeria’s president in 2027.

Against every attempt to silence the East, against deeply entrenched interests in the corridors of power, and despite coordinated opposition from the ruling party machine and those loyal to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Igbo spirit has broken through. What many said could never happen has now become inevitable.

“Nigeria is no longer a table where some are invited and others are served. In 2027, an Igbo son will sit at the head of that table — by right, by vote, and by destiny,” declared a Southeast coalition leader in Enugu.

This victory wasn’t born in boardrooms. It was birthed in the streets of Aba, the villages of Ebonyi, the markets of Onitsha, and the hearts of a people tired of waiting. The Southeast united like never before — one voice, one vision, one candidate. No more division, no more sabotage, no more playing second fiddle.

They didn’t beg.
They didn’t compromise.
They organized, mobilized, and electrified a nation.

While Tinubu’s camp scrambled to hold together a fractured alliance and Yorubaland backed the old guard, the Southeast was busy writing a new story — for itself, and for Nigeria.

And when attempts were made to block the emergence — through political blackmail, media attacks, and threats — the East did not bow. Instead, it stood taller.

“They used to laugh when we said the presidency would come to the East. Now they’re crying because it has,” said a youth leader in Abia.

This victory is not just for Ndigbo. It is for every Nigerian who has felt unseen, unheard, and left behind. The Igbo candidate — bold, visionary, and untainted — has captured hearts from the Middle Belt to the North, from the South-South to the diaspora.

He didn’t sell ethnicity — he sold a future. And the people bought in.

✊🏽 THE MESSAGE IS LOUD AND CLEAR:

✅ Nigeria is ready for justice.
✅ The East is no longer a spectator.
✅ The enemies of progress — no matter how powerful — can no longer stop the march of destiny.

As 2027 draws near, one truth is now impossible to ignore:

The East is rising — and this time, it’s not asking for permission. It’s taking its place.
You have not clinch the position, you are already boasting, I have never seen this type of empty head before in my life.

Nzogbu nzogbu will only leave you frustrated.

owobokiri:
Obi is your quintessential administrator..
I called it way too early. I have always been forward minded when it comes to improving the circumstances of the poor. wink

He started off meticulously and prudently. Taking his time to marshall his plans before unleashing with vigour, his great intentions for the good people of Anambra state.
Once he set the engine of governance in motion, the dividends of democracy were dropping around Anambra state like confetti. You can go and verify..

Schools in almost every community were renovated, almost all health centers rebuilt and a new teaching hospital built at Awka. Anambra roads witnessed a revolution in terms of costructions and renovations.

Pensioners were paid on time as workers smiled home happily at end of every month. Most importantly, the finances of the state were managed prudently, something that has never happened in Lagos state since our dear Pablo took charge over there.

But like you know by now, in the east, we set the bar way too high. I mean while he was doing all these, administrative achievements that would be considered heroic in say the southwest, we in the east were holding his hands to the fire with fierce criticisms. We wanted more because we know he was/is capable of doing more.., hence that post above.

I stand with that post! Why? Because that was how I felt then untill I got the full details of his achievements, which are simply stunning. When I talk of Obi, I don't speak as an outsider though I am not from Anambra state. My own brother worked with him later at a very close level and will swear to me that the guy was exceptionally prudent.

Prudency! We need that in all state capitals. We need that in all local governments headquarters and obviously, we need that at Aso Rock. Corruption is the cankerworn draining Nigeria. You and I know that even if Obi fails in everything, he will not fail in taming Corruption. Obi will never be a proud and very shameless kleptomanaic like the bunch in Abuja as we speak.

Leave ethnic jingoism for a split second and join hands with us, the TRUE PROGRESSIVES, as we put everything on the line to save this comatose amalgam from the corrupt grip of all sorts of ev-il infestations,.and provide a better future for our young ones.., my children and your children.
I know you can do it..
Come my brother, let's join hands as we go save Naijeiriyaa..

Ze mu je aikii mana..
You set the bar too high yet your people escaped your village in the night to catch a glimpse of light rail and bus stations.

Do you realized many of your brothers would not have seen what a bus station looks like in their entire life if they have not escaped to Lagos?.

Your people supposed to tear you slap over this comment

My kwantiri mam, Helinues

How area?
This blind support for a compromised presidency based on ethnic affiliations.., is it good? Was this why people died for NADECO? Do you remember that the Yorubas will not be in power for ever? Do you understand that many who laugh in front of Tinubu today, will strike hard against him few hours out of power? Hope you know that Tinubus parochial presidency has more or else alienated most of the greater south from the Southwest? Which means that post Tinubu, the southwest must maintain a perennial alliance with the fulani to stay relevant? Are you ready for this?

I say all this because I have been around for a while.
I can tell you for free that at the moment, the southwest is at an all time precarious situation with this blind and bland support for Tinubu and his floundering presidency. If he steps out of that position, and he will someday, the southwest is in trouble. You guys preach to others about the risks of putting ones eggs in one basket. Is that not what is going on here? Kwantiniu to showcase your haughty and nasty political credentials just to support one bundle of disappointments called Tilimgbu. But I will be here in the future to remind you that I warned you..

Obidients are not smart at their campaign, the few reasonable one among them know they are doing more damage to Obi and the SE in general regarding the benevolent relationship the SW extended to them

These are the people their parents had their education in SW.

Their properties were returned to them after the war even when their immediate neighbour seized the one within their territory.

SW accommodates them with open hand and patronizes their businesses, sold land to them and gave them free hand in their trading business.

In political scene, a lot of them were brought into the politics of SW and particularly Lagos where they enjoy elective and other appointments.

Tinubu in particular, incorporated many Igbo into Lagos politics where the likes of Akabuze was appointed commissioner for Budget.

Their students residing in Lagos equally enjoyed payment of WAEC fee during Tinubu tenure.

Today SW and Tinubu are number one enemy of the Obidients, they tag Lagos no man land and a dirty state that's not fit for human habitation.

Many of them here will vote Turji the terrorist when paired with Tinubu.

I think the Obidients have over stretched the privilege given to them by the SW people couple with the divisive appriach of Pster Obi and his focus to bring down the current government.

Going forward they will have to deal with the beast they have exhumed, SW will give them fire for fire and withdraw all the privileges that have been extended to them

Nobody in APGA is going to vote for Tinubu in 2027, even Soludo knows this. Soludo seems to have short memory

In 2023, his party APGA fielded an Igbo man as its Presidential candidate. Peter Obi swept Anambra with over 90% of the votes. Hardly anyone in APGA voted for the APGA candidate.

In 2027, Soludo and APGA have adopted Bola Tinubu as Presidential candidate. Soludo knows how highly unpopular Tinubu is, not just in Anambra, but amongst Igbos. Tinubu is even less popular than the person Soludo fielded in 2023.

In 2027, Soludo will be the only APGA member to vote for Tinubu.
