Fix an amount for late coming and absence without permission. Nigerians need strong hands to work. I have used the approach in some schools I managed before, and it worked. Teachers are the most difficult resources to manage in most private schools. Wth public schools, they are reported to the ministry and tough sanctions are given to them there.

I run a school, my staff/ teachers are usually late, always begging with excuses of no vehicles or bikes in the morning. If I decide to cut out of their salary, it usually feels bad to me at month end. How do I handle my late coming staff.

Help out! Ideas pls.

This morning has been just crazy trying to get fuel here in kaduna. The few fuel station selling are selling at 880 with terrible line of cars, bikes, gallons and crazy angry Nigerians.
