You can send a mail to ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca with your complaint, information and screenshot of your approval page if it is taking too long.

Guys any idea how long it takes to get passport pick up email after you see the approved status in your account?

You pay for sending initially.

Then pay for pick up after your application has been approved and pick up mail received.

Meanwhile, you will have to forward the PUM from AVO with an authorization letter to DHL in order to be able to pick your return parcel. I'm sure you will be properly directed by DHL when you go there to send the passports.

For the dhl sending of passport.. did you pay for the return at once or you send to Ghana and get contacted when it is ready for pickup? before you pay again at dhl for the pickup.

Oh wow.. I must have missed your message the last time, didn't mean to "disappear". Visa office is London.
My timeline is confusing to me as i hardly got any updates but medical passed in July.. AOR April 19.. was on NA for the whole time and only just received a mail asking for height and eye color on the 22nd of September.

1. Do i have to fill the 5page IMM 008 form again
2. The first two questions - Program? options are family, economy, refugee, other what is it for this express entry

Guys please kindly advise. I just got the email below. Do i just type the height and eye color on a plain a4 paper and upload or how do i go about it? and for the biopages is it just the page with details or should i add travel stamp pages as well.. Will appreciate your responses

Congratulations to everyone that got their PPR

Kindly help with these questions:

1. Should i be worried i have been stuck on NA for over a month (between 35-50 days)? AOR was April 19th
2. Do people get rejected even after 3 months?
3. Is it true single applicants don't ever get to IP2 stage and they go straight from NA to PPR?

Please i am new on here. My AOR date is April 19
App status is still - We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you
Background check - Not Applicable
Review of eligibility - we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
Medical passed
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made
So for i have not seen anything like Ip1 or Ip2 like i have seen in some posts
