My situation is similar to yours. I got the FBI PCC but I had to go back to the US. I got the ITA before reapplying for a new one, but I haven't done e-APR. I have been waiting for the FBI report for almost 8 weeks now. I wanted to submit with only proof of requesting but was advices to wait a little longer.

I only wrote based on my application. The good side is there is no crime in waiting since you have 90days to apply. The major thing is ensuring your application is detailed. I had a letter of explanation attached to my PCC explaining the situation and same for my bank account. I wish you the very best in your application.

To be eligible for express entry you need to get 67/100 points.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

After determining your eligibility, then you will get CRS points based on age, education, work experience, IELTS results, single or married, etc. It is based on this score, that you will get an ITA if on or above cutoff of a draw.

Relax bro/sis. It's not always worded as Ip1 or IP2.

I am guessing you are in the NA phase which is just before IP2.

Drink from the well of patience...we are coming to congratulate you too on PPR. wink

Hello Fellow medical doctors in the house, pls help with this question. My friend got her ITA last draw with a CRS of 456. She was given 50 points in skill transferability for two or more post secondary degrees. She only has a medical degree straight from secondary school and no bachelors degree prior. Is this the usual or is this a mistake?

Thank you
Please who can answer this. Is the 50 points for people with Bachelor degree and Masters? everyone Thanks

Professional degree to practice and a clb 9 and above will give you 50 under skills transferable factors. MBBS is a professional degree to practice.

Hello Everyone.

1) Regarding the FBI PCC, for those of us who live in PH and not Lagos, can we get our fingerprints taken either by a fingerprinting technician at any of the police stations or FRSC or Immigration offices in PHC or is it compulsory that we must go to Alagbon Ikoyi?

A lot of us are working and can't take time off just for this and it's honestly too expensive to fly for this.

2) Regarding the Nigerian PCC, is it also compulsory that it must be done in Alagbon, Ikoyi?

Please if you live outside Lagos, and you have done any of the above elsewhere aside from Alagbon, please advise.

Thanks!

This is no need for you to be angry. People are different and nobody can or will be like you. On canadavisa.com, all questions, regardless of how ridiculous, are being answered. Also, there are separate threads (PRE ITA, ITA and POST ITA phases). Advising someone to go back to a thread and start reading from the beginning is not encouraging because you do not know the person's circumstances or time pressure. In view of this, I salute those who go as far as answering every question regardless of type.

Another thing I need to state here - how did people come about gift deed? It was actually from the Indians on Canadavisa.com. If we do not deliberate to sort out issues, we are not helping.

A lot of people actually think getting ITA is the end of it and that is because of the emphasis being placed on getting ITA. Actually getting ITA is just the beginning. Also, someone said nobody has ever been rejected based on digital photo and I want that person to submit the wrong specification first.

There is nothing wrong to comment on POST ITA issues here, but it seems sidelined by PRE ITA issues and those on POST ITA phase seem to go elsewhere to get information.

Number 1 is fine. You don't have to come to Alagbon to do it.
