Nothing else to do than to start accepting all d trips that come ur way.

On a serious note, Driver Score is more important than Acceptance Rate. If your Driver score goes below 50% say bye bye to ur account. So when it begins to approach 60% this ur policy might not stand the test.
There is nothing wrong in telling a Rider to not forget to rate the trip. They may even rate u bad but 95% of the time they rate u well if ur car is good and u have a good attitude.
But if u don't cancel trips, u might not need it since ur score will not go down on its own due to cancellation.

Please who had experienced this. I have a promo with indrive and I never use up d promo finish and dey want to to load money. I think say na glitch so I load 2k do one trip and dey want me to load again that I'm owing 82 naira

Then I guess you go to ungodly places just to maintain a high Driver Score.
Cos u can't tell me u know location of all d streets in Lagos. The moment u accept a trip, then check d location of d destination on Google maps and decide cancel, ur score drops. If u do that 20 times a day ur score goes down from 100 to 80.
If u do 10 trips in a day maybe 5 will remember to rate u on their own. Assuming they all rate u above 4stars ur score will rise to 85. Simply speaking ur score can go down by 10 points in 1 day. Except u are attempting to complete every trip u accept.

One d other hand if u say u only complete trips which u already know or are familiar with, it means u will reject a whole lot of trips and ur Acceptance Rate will be close to zero.

The sure way to select trips and still maintain a high Driver Score is to ensure all d trips u eventually complete are rated. That's my advise.

Always kindly request for Riders to rate u at the end of the trip.

Don't accept and cancel trips indiscriminately. If u know u will not complete it, don't accept it.

Stop buying fuel like a beggar, buy atleast 20k fuel and make it a habit of ensuring you add extra from your total profit for the day asides from the one you're using for the day, that way it helps ensure better fuel economy...fuel burns faster when it is low.

They only way ur money will come back is if u cancel within 2mins of accepting with "No Longer interested to do the trip". Or u arrive and wait 5mins then cancel with passenger didn't show.

In all this, never call the rider. Ones u call, ur money is gone except it's d rider that cancels

Indrive always refund me my FULL money for any cancellation.
I read where some drivers complained that indrive either eat their money, or refund them part of the withheld money, I no know how that one take happen.
Me I always get my full money refund.

Abi you dey cancel when it has already auto-start the trip?
Cos na that one I know say your money is gone if you/rider cancel.
