My experience too.
I go pick this girl, after like 10mins she called begin dey cry say the guy wey carry her no pay and the guy don beat her like mad.

She say make I dey go,guy say make I no go say I go carry her, and me also dey reason the 3km wey I drive to pick her, 8k net trip from Haris drive VGC to ikate.

Na me come turn mediator o, I beg the guy on the phone tire.

After like 30 mins, the guy finally paid her and we left, good thing is, the girl also shake body, she did well when we got to destination.

This job is full of experience😂😂

From everything you guys complain, about 3 important factors wey dey make drivers craze inside sun.

Auto arrival on Uber is a blessing😂
Traffic sef, with surge or no surge, you no fit short.
And when people know there's no punishment for wasting time, they will not only take their time, they'll also take your time.

And about pricing, since I joined Uber, for me, their prices are fair and commission is moderate.
And all those yeye behaviors wey I dey see from riders when i was driving on bolt, I no dey see again. Maybe me Sha, I value my sanity a lot, working in a comfortable environment is key to success for me.

If you don master indrive dey enjoy am, but try dey on AC inside sun, it's not just for the riders, also for you.

Once you see trip wey be indrive trip, you go know, nobody dey smile inside the car, both driver and rider 😃😃😃

It took the intervention of this mechanics ard that place 😆 I go pick my passenger I was passing I still met her standing infront of Mobil still Dey hustle ride i wyne down and laugh 😂

My brother it is well... You can't control people, some folks are just careless and behave anyhow.... Most people drive for others, hence why i was advocating for better conditions for them.... If God give me provision tomorrow and i decide to invest in uber business, I'll remotely be shutting down the cars at 6 or 7 pm,depending on when they start, my drivers MUST take rest, they'll take a bigger cut than me.... I see as rendering help than a business, passive gain rather than major... Na heart has always been my weakness, i pity them when i see them sometimes... Especially those without AC, adey feel like helping them restore it... But you'll be surprised most deliberately turn it off, those ones na danfo drivers wey dem give sedan, you can't help them.... Gone are those days that Uber will automatically shut u down if u hv been online for some hours , they shut you down to take a rest

Another reason why I can't use Indrive.

I'm on Uber 24/7, if you like stay 10mins after your waiting time expire, Uber go start charging you. If your trip get Surge, they'll state it there categorically that they're charging rider for the waiting at surge rate.

People wey no like stress lie me, na Uber we dey use😂

And Uber riders dey different from indrive, most of them will even apologize for the time spent, but wetin concern me, both your apology and charge dey my opay account😃😃😂

Uber too dey send me long long pick up haaa ,, sometimes I go see 25 mins to go pick up😂😂😂 bolt has been sending message that from now on it’s 2KM or nothing that no more long pick ups

This theory will b very hard to practicalize o.
Dropping u 6.30am will mean waking up at least 5.30am everyday, for someone who is not under any authority, that will be near impossible. Also, trying to b in ikeja around ur closing time everyday will be very hard and disruptive for the driver.
I will advise u find ur way to work n back and let him be with the car till Saturday night. Then u can have a car for Sunday with ur family. 6days, everybody plus car rests on Sunday. And u collect 60-80k weekly. Forget the sharing formulae.

But if he is okay with ur own conditions, then u can go ahead and collect a fixed amount. So u will not have to be supervising his earnings or he will not have to hide anything from u. But I am very sure this arrangement will bring qaurell.

best advice so far, u don’t expect ur driver to see a surge trip of 15K net ard 5pm to vi and chose to reject it because he wants to go and pick the car owner from work kolewerk.. lastly 50K weekly is fair enough make una no kill the driver .
