This northerners has maintained their stand and have not in anyway condemned the Fulani herdsmen. Infact many of them act surprised that there is a push back by Nigerians against the Fulani herdsmen.more like they were just expecting all of us to just keep mute while the carry on with the blood letting killing and raping women.

My heart bleed everyday for my southern Nigeria.sometimes I ask if its a crime to tow the path of peace and gentleness. The level of abuse suffered by civilans in the hands of state actors is so worrisome.its like they just hate you for being a civilian.
A policeman once inflicted an injury on me because I was holding a laptop and was on my way to school. In fact I was going to use the laptop to write exam. This man insisted that I must show the receipt of my laptop; a laptop that I borrowed from my friend to write exam,all plea fell on deaf ear till emotions started running high. He later allowed me to go after a lot of dragging but then I already have an injury on my hand. This is a young boy who is pursuing his education.

I forgive the policeman but Gods know that I will longer forgive the next security agent that will inflict on my right. There is a growing trend that I have noticed in Nigeria particularly in the south south and south East. The Nigeria military always result to invasion of villages whenever a military man dies in the hand of a criminal. This brings with it the death of children,mothers,old women and men.

The military is for the protection of life and security of the country and not for the invasion of villages killing and maiming innocent people in the south of Nigeria. For all the soldiers that have been killed in the North East,I am yet to hear that the army invaded a northern village to take revenge and kill innocent people.

This practice by the military must stop. Its almost becoming a norm for people to expect the army to come for a reprisal attack whenever they loose one of their own. I now wonder what the difference between Nigerian army and the Fulani terrorist herdsmen.
